the room is so clean and new. the lighting is very nice. It’s cheaper than what it looks like. the bed is nice especially the pillow. i like my own balcony to chill.

it takes ages to have a hot shower.

The property is very good located, minutes away on from alona beach. The room was very clean, newly refurbished, nice space and good bathroom.

Everyday cleaning room service they not clean the table and unconcerned check the garbage or trash on table

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The porch and pool right outside the room made it very convenient to enjoy. Kids really enjoyed the pool. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Many places to eat nearby. The air conditioning was ice cold and was turned on prior to our arrival which is a nice extra treat. Bed was comfortable and many channels to choose from on the TV. Hotel is a nice value.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. They were worn out and a bit dirty. The breakfast was nothing special for the money paid but it was nice to eat it on the porch outside our room. There was a very loud karaoke bar that played until midnight both nights. Very noisy. As is the gravel road right next to the hotel, with many cars and loud motorcycles early in the morning.

This hotel is really two hotels with the same name . They are both called the Mayfair Hotel . If you book a Deluxe room you get the nice room in the hotel that is pictured . If you book a standard room you get a room in the other older hotel which is not so nice and is on the other side of the road . We booked a standard room not realising we were staying in the not so nice hotel with a broken side bed table and no hot water . After asking the staff to fix it they just said you have to wait 5 minutes before it warms up . We did that and still no hot water . Also this hotel is down a side road which is very uneven in places so be careful when walking down this side road especially at night . The band plays in the main square every night until about midnight and is very loud and hard to sleep . The Mayfair Hotel even though it looks close to the beach on a map ,there is no direct route so it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also in the standard rooms the used toilet paper does not go down the toilet . There is a sign saying please put used toilet paper in the bin in the bathroom which has no lid . After complaining about the problems we were given a free breakfast for the two nights we were there .

The hotel is good,and the staff are very helpful,they have a printer so I can print my visa of next country.

there was a new square just build up, which had bands performed really loudly until 10:00 am every night.
