Appartamento confortevole, grande, pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. La posizione è strategica, perchè a pochi minuti dalla Stazione Tiburtina, inoltre nei dintorni c'è tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. Sicuramente lo ricontatterò per i miei prossimi soggiorni a Roma

L'unico neo negativo riguarda la colazione, in quanto c'erano solo le cialde per il caffè e le bustine per il thè. Niente altro, nè fette biscottate nè brioche. Ecco in questo si potrebbe migliorare.

Apartamento cómodo y limpio con todo lo necesario para para pasar unos dias. Situado a 15 minutos de la estación de tren y metro de Tiburtina. Por la zona hay varios supermercados. Check in correcto, nos estaban esperando. La casa dispone de cocina con cafetera, hervidor, horno, lavadora, etc. En la habitación hay TV. WiFi potente. Etc

No tiene ventanas al exterior, solo a un patio. Quizás mejor ya que en la calle principal hay mucho ruido. Un poco lejos de las zonas de interés turístico.

Posizione strategica, cordialità del proprietario, pulizia, camera da letto grande, bagno spazioso, cucina fornita del necessario con possibilità di aprire il divano letto.

Only met the host once but he gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. A well equipped apt had everything you need. Roughly 400 yards to Tiburtina station. Enjoyed regular visits to a hamburger (Spanish?) place across the main road to chill out after a long day touring. We felt secure.

It may not have the charm, views or presentation of what you expect from a holiday stay, somewhat nondescript. But it was spacious, clean and had everything you need.

The apartment was completely clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and bathroom accessories. The rooms faced a quiet inner courtyard. The Tiburtina train and metro station is a ten-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a supermarket, tobacco shop, cafe, fast food restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Our host was friendly and polite, he handled the arrival time flexibly, and he always answered messages quickly.

Fabiano was so kind and very helpful! The place was stunning and very clean. I wish we’d stayed there a few days longer.

Just a little out of the way if you want to do more touristy things, but definitely if you want to feel like a local this is a good spot.

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, the bathroom was large. The apartment had everything we needed, the host even left us a few coffee capsules. It is located near the metro station (700m), but unfortunately Rome has a bad metro system, so it might not be useful. From there we took line B to the Colosseum and from there we walked everything. You can change or transfer to the A line that leads to the Vatican, which is also good, but it is not possible to visit Trastevere by metro. Thanks to the host who waited for us longer than agreed because we had difficulties with the traffic jam.

The negative sides are that the neighbor next door (apartment adjoining the bedroom of this apartment) apparently intentionally plays the television on maximum from 9 o'clock in the evening until 5 in the morning. The impression is as if we are next to the television. I am afraid that the neighbor is doing this on purpose to harm the host, but this is a matter that he must resolve as soon as possible with him because we have not been able to sleep for several nights after exhausting days. The noise did not stop and I say again that I have the impression that someone is doing this on purpose so that this apartment would not be rented out because he did not change the channels all the time. Also, when you turn off the TV for a few minutes, hoping it's over and you'll fall asleep, it continues even harder. I would also like to point out that the apartment is converted from one large apartment, so you only share the entrance to the apartment where there is a corridor for two apartments (left and right), which have their own separate bathrooms and separate locks. We didn't know that in advance.
