Fantastic location, right near the Arc de Triomphe and a metro station. Easy communication with hosts and access to the building. Comfortable bed and large windows that let in a lot of light. Was also very quiet.

Amazing customer service, available 24/7 and they met me late at night (my flight was delayed) to check me in. Location couldn't be better. Room has everything you need for a short-mid term stay. Will book again for sure.

Staff was available by phone and always reachable. Location was great.
Flat was very old and floor was very bad in shape and quality, needs construction. Chairs were antique and old. Towels and bed sheets not enough and used million times. No air conditioner just a fan. No kleenex in flat.

- Very close to Champs Elysees a 5 minutes walk.
- Staff was very nice and lovely, especially Lesia.
- I would definitely stay there again.
- Doesn’t have tissues or bottled drinking water.
- The heaters did not work when we needed them on very cold nights in December.
- We were 3 people with lots of luggage so the apartment was very small for us.

Fabulous location very quiet street short walk to restaurants, Lido and Champs-Élysées
A little small but as you are in Paris we only use it to shower,change and go out again

The location is close to champs elesse .. just few minutes walking.
The location in booking is different than the actual address. It was missleading and I do not know if the false address was by mistake or on purpose. The flat facilites are ok, but the kitchenair tools are not so good. The flat is in ground floor at the back end of the building and you do not have a view. As long as you are staying all of your time in the street, then no problem and it will be OK
