Palazzo Experimental is simply amazing. All the decor was carefully thought and the exterior patio is so calm and beautiful. The staff was always attentive and friendly. The room was super comfortable, clean and with several amenities. The breakfast was delicious! We couldn’t recommend more and we’ll return here for sure.

Everything was beyond expectations. Location, staff, food. I travel quite a lot and have seen a lot. But this one will definitely become one of my top 10 favorite hotels in the world. The design of the space by Dorothee Meilichzon is really fabulous.

Beautiful, cool design in an amazing building. My room was a tight squeeze but was probably one of the bigger ones, had very high ceilings. Bar and drinks are obviously great, that's the concept. Loved the premixed drinks in the minibar and loved the view on the water with the balcony!!! I would come here again, it's very unique.

Staff I dealt with was sloppy and useless, to the point that I got very irritated. They really need better training in terms of presentation and efficiency. I speak only from the check in and reception experience and restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast order was all mixed up, asking for an order before providing menus then disappearing for a long while while missing half of it. In the morning I called 3 times for an ironing board and an hour later I went downstairs to try to get it myself... not the best way to wake up!
