Location was very good

The oven didn’t worked. The bed wasn’t so comfy and the room wasn’t clean. There was dust everywhere. The pavement should be replaced as it makes lot of noise when walking. You can hear the noises from the apartment above

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The shower was not the cleanest. There was miscommunication with the collection of the keys, we were told we could meet the host however we ended up waiting an hour.

Location of this property is fantastic literally couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Lovely little balcony which was ideal to sit on the warm evenings with a glass of wine and absorb the atmosphere from the busy streets below, The bed was really comfy and the rooms were full of light. The apartment was plenty big enough with a little sitting area away from the bedroom. The place was nice and fresh when we arrived and I was really happy with it. On the whole I would say it was value for money.. Venice is an expensive place but I didn't feel like this was overpriced for the location and the size of the apartment. Being on the top floor we had the views of the roof tops which gave a real authentic Italian experience.

The check in experience.... The host with her card machine became agitated.. I had not activated my credit card to work abroad and the machine would not accept the card. I was travelling with my wife for her birthday and almost felt like we were about to be told to leave instead of assisting me. I'd also used my card to secure this booking so I really didn't like how this started our trip at all. Then my wife was fully aware how much the trip had cost.. I didn't want this to be a thing!! Was a very uncomfortable experience all round! We stayed for 4 days we were provided with 1 towel each for the stay.. I don't think clean towels are an added luxury that you should be asking for. The host said not in the terms and conditions.. Again this needs to be clearer. We also noticed in a plastic wallet on the dining table a print out defining the rules of waste disposal and if this was not adhered to 'they would be forced to charge 250'... Was a bit shocked by that. Not only are you expected to sort your own rubbish.. if you don't your extorted for 250... Wow! The shower door was broken off its runner and there was a tile not flush to the wall.. which could be potentially dangerous.

I rented 2 units; each apt is good for 2 people, more than that it is not comfortable; both bathrooms need a major fix (see pictures of showers) as they look really dirty; one of the apartments has a sofa bed. the other apt also has a smaller sofa bed (host insisted it was not a sofa bed, maybe because it had a huge pee stain or just because she did not want to provide bed linen for it - ghosted my questions for a couple days and then sent a very rude message which I decided to ignore - but if needed I still have them). Also, extremely noisy as there are several restaurants and bars around.

Location was great and the apartment was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We were staying at the top floor and there was no elevator. It's not a big problem but may be a little bit hard to climb all the way with luggages.

I initially planned to come at 6 pm to pick up the key, but due to work issues couldn’t come earlier than 9. The host waited for me, for what I would like to thank her, despite the fact that she had another guests to welcome in another apartment. The apartment is extremely well situated, very clean, everything was just amazing! I really loved the stay, and will definitely book again!

If you are planning to arrive/leave earlier or later, make sure to inform the host in advance.

Apartment was in an amazing location, central to a lot of restaurants and shops and close to San Marco (St Marks Square). Clean, comfortable and everything was accesible in the apartment. Host was amazing and helped us for our journey in so would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice for a few nights and doesn't necessarily have the need for a hotel.

sound isolation, extremely loud steps sound from the upper floor disturbed from sleeping. Lack of some basic things as wine glasses, soap, toilet paper at minimum. No hooks in bathroom for towels.

The flat is really nice and comfortable. We were 2 plus our 6 month baby. They provided a cot. Location is next to main streets with all famous designers. But the reality is that Venice is really small and you could stay anywhere and be close to everything. Asked for a 10 Euro bottle of Italian Wine and they gave me some crappy Slovenian wine. Didnt quite understand that!

Oven didn't work. They didn't had wine glasses (for god sake its Italy!). The shower needs a shelve for the shampoo and soap.

The apartment is wunderful, you can reach it easily and it is very near to San Marco. Unfortunaley our Nav did not guide us, so we got help from Elena from the apartment which was very kind. Near the Apartment you can walk a long some luxury shops for example Gucci, Fendi, Pomatello, YSL, Prada and so on. We had good luck and got an upgrade in the Apartement in the 3rd floor, because there was a problem with one in the 2nd floor. We fell immediately in love with that modern apartment. And we would recommend this one at least because it has a balcony with a nice city view. The bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and sleepingroom are so nice and well furnished. Everything is there you need for a city trip for example hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, and even trash bags to keep the apartment during your stay clean. We loved it to sit at night at the balcony or even for breakfast and enjoyed it to see the sunshine on top of the roofs opposite. We would definitely book it again!
