Great location not far from the seafront . The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice little bar area which was good value. Our dog was welcomed

Bar staff ignoring a women getting abused by a drunk man, and continuing to serve him alcohol.
People slamming doors and arguing in the hallways at 10pm and then again at 2am, walking our baby and stopping our teen from sleeping! Nothing done at all by the hotel! Even after it was flagged!
The bathroom smelt like a rat had died in it!

Second stay here, excellent value for money with a great bar.Paid for a double room and upon arrival was given a family size room which was very spacious

No tv remote on arrival. Asked after we went out new tv and remote put in room. Door was left on the latch. Fire alarm went off twice. Lots of noise from 12 /1 bang door people shouting running up and down hearing people being sick. So not a goodnight at all. Kept loosing pillows down behind bed as no headboard.

Basic guest house, WiFi intermittent, we had to ask for toilet roll, soap, a mirror and even a battery for the remote, location was good for what we wanted, no breakfast option incase you are hoping for that but the staff were lovely.
Room was on a busy road and as it was a boiling day we had to sleep with the window open so we didn't have the best night sleep, the basics were missing from the room, soap, mirror and a battery in the remote.

you have to walk in to a dirty old pub stinking of wet dog and loads of travellers sitting at the bar looking at you lot like a scene from the hills have eyes

the property has very friendly staff
toilet didn’t flush properly the hot water on shower was bad the temperature was poor 15 mins waited to get it right, smelt like cannabis on the premises no parking facilities, and well over priced, overall would not return.
