Welcoming Great breakfast

Breakfast was well cooked and served, best we've had. The room was well appointed and comfortable with lots of nice touches everywhere. Attention to detail was evident in all areas. We would definitely stay again.

All I can say is what a fantastic couple we took the trip as a honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make the stay an experience we will never forget. We arrived later than expected but when we did arrive we arrived to a beautiful card and bottle of prosecco. The next day at breakfast we had a table decorated in love heart lights and confetti. This will be a week we won't forget

On your arrival we met Phil the host was very welcoming and helpful , the room was beautiful and clean ,the breakfast was absolutely stunning and nothing to much trouble for Phil and Wendy .Phil and Wendy were very friendly and gave us lots of ideas about what to do in the area .

Easy location for beach and eateries. spotlessly clean, friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Fantastic stay for our 30th Wedding Anniversary

The only thing we could have done with was an under counter mini fridge for drinks and chocolate and bottled water

Very kind hosts who were happy to offer local information and recommend destinations to visit. The breakfast was delicious & cooked fresh each morning, with choices a plenty of cereals, juice & other delights. We had a double room with en-suite & a walk in wardrobe!! Plenty of tea & coffee in the room, in excess of any hotel. My wife & I were on a short break and this was the perfect retreat for a a couple of nights. Thank you.

Decent location, close to seafront. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Property was clean.

Owners were too fussy always in your face about something. We travel extensively both abroad and in the UK and I found this stay very unrelaxing, felt like we were treading on eggshells. We always respect wherever we are staying, treating it like our own home so I was miffed to feel like we were always doing something wrong. I won't go into specifics but it was just too much. Remember this is a business that your customers are 'paying' you for.

The traffic, but in the winter with the window closed it would be fine.

Everything about Linden Lodge is comfortable and its a little gem with little jar of biscuits to have with your tea to sewing and vanity kits. Nothing is to much trouble . We love staying here. Phil and Wendy's attention to detail is second to none.
