Every part of our stay was outstanding. Communication with our host Karen was smooth and easy. All her instructions before arriving were really helpful. The condo sits at the very rear of the complex. Easy access to the beach is an understatement. The stunning views from the balcony are second to none. The fact that the host provided chairs and an umbrella were extremely helpful. The property is equipped with everything one would need for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful time looking out right on the beach. Apartment was very clean, great view.
Comfortable king bed. Complex is well cared for, maintenance crews were present fixing and cleaning buildings, sidewalks, etc. We would stay here again.

The condo is just as nice as it looks in the photos. We loved sitting out on the deck, especially for watching the sunrises. Being right across the street from the SPI Birding and Nature Center, and Turtle, Inc. was a plus, too. Beach access is really close and easy and the water was beautiful.

Wife and I spent 3 nights here and loved it! Condo exactly as described and pictured. Amazing view of the ocean and only steps from the beach. Well stocked kitchen with all needed appliances. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and a cold AC - what more do you need! Very clean unit with no moldy odors which are sometimes present in gulf coast beach rentals. Host was very communicative and checked in by text to make sure everything was good. Located on the north end of the main strip so easy walk across the street to the SPI Birding and Nature Center which we very much enjoyed. Blue lights at night in the kitchen cabinets were awesome. Worth noting, there is no elevator so be ready for the stairs with this third-floor unit. We'd have no hesitation booking this unit again in the future!

We were a little earlier than check-in time. I contacted the hosts and they unlocked the door for us which was so unexpected and so very nice! After entering the place we found it to be very inviting and comfortable! It was spotless! The ac was on to a comfortable level, which was nice because it was super humid outside! The view was incredible! We were right smack dab on the beach! We woke up to beautiful sunrises every day! The only negative I would give is that there is no elevator, other than that, I will definitely give this place 10/10!! If we ever return to SPI, we will stay here! I highly recommend checking this place out!

We enjoyed this pet friendly property, especially the balcony overlooking the ocean. It’s on the 3rd floor, so we got lots of exercise going up and down and we are in our mid 70’s!

The condo was perfect for our 7 day stay. The bedroom is quite large with lots of room around the bed. Good dresser storage and closet space. The bedroom has a patio door directly to the balcony. Some places you stay have cheap towels, but the towels here were very high quality. The view was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again. Karen followed up with us to make sure everything was good at check in and in the condo.

Nice property! Great view of the ocean. Neat and clean unit. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Bed/pillows not the greatest but doable. Couch not the greatest. Property owner informed us that room was ready for us so we were able to enter an hour early. That was great! Owner also checked in shortly after to make sure everything was good. Owner responded quickly to txts.
Overall a wonderful experience!

The condo was amazing. It had everything you need for a long vacation to a short weekend trip. The views are breath taking. We stayed and it was chilly- but the pool was bath water warm which was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect location towards the end of the strip. Gorgeous view and just a few steps to the beach. Very clean, condo has a little bit everything needed for your home away from. Karen is very responsive to messages. She even checked in to make sure I had everything needed an that there weren’t any issues.

Can't beat the location right on the beach. Quiet, private, and best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. Lovely and practical design. Karen was immediately available for the few questions we had. Tiki property as a whole well run.

Condo is very nicely equipped with cooking dishes and utensils, as well as anything you might need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, ice-chest). We found the bed comfortable, (pillows a little too firm for us) and my husband and I fought over "Grandpa's chair" - a very comfortable recliner! The location is right next door to the Marriott and it was nice to be able to walk next door to Bar Louie or Claytons for drinks and food. Karen, the property owner, checked in with us to make sure all was good and was a great communicator.
The condo complex is well kept up and the grounds were nice. There are grills available, however they require charcoal so we didn't use them.
It was very easy to just walk down a few steps to the beach - PERFECT location! We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

If you need a tropical vacation with oceanside views, this is the place to be! As a return customer I highly recommend this property. The property is clean, well maintained, and within walking distance to many ocean side establishments. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise is a must!
The owners are very responsive and went above and beyond to assist us with usually late check in circumstances. Always a great experience at this property!

Listen, if you're looking for a nice little get away spot with some sun, surf & sand, this is it! The accommodations were everything described. Because this place is right next to the beach, I was able to watch the sun rise every morning from the comfort of the balcony while drinking my morning tea. Take the opportunity to walk along the beach and watch the birds dart in and out of waves as the water gently roll onto the sand and recedes back into the surf. One day, we watched four or five dolphins hunt Spanish Mackerel about 50 yards from the beach. Let's not forget the golden opportunity to decompress with some hard earned beach time! My husband and I loved bobbing around in the surf, "working" on our tans and playing with our grandchildren.
Karen's place is clean, tastefully decorated, welcoming, and close to everything. Please don't miss an opportunity to make this your next stay. You will not be disappointed!

The balcony is the perfect afternoon chill spot! Feels like you’re on the beach as you sip your fancy umbrella drink!!
Was a partial workout stay. WI-FI was excellent.
Overall great stay. Mattress is getting a little long in the tooth yet wasn’t horrible.

My family and I absolutely loved every minute of the stay! The views are phenomenal, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable and quiet. I don’t know what kind of insulation this place has but I can’t emphasize quiet enough which was very important with two kids trying to sleep at night! Bar Louie can get very loud and is right next door to Tiki, but we didn’t hear a thing. The room was clean and plenty of towels were provided which I underestimated just how many we would go through! I will say the pullout couch is probably only suitable for kids’ backs and not adults, but the actual bed is great and plenty of pillows!

Excellent views of the beach and ocean. The property had everything you need. The property is on the 3rd floor so if you have someone that can't climb stairs then don't consider this property.

Exactly as described...beautiful views from the balcony, very short walk to the beach, outdoor bars close by, umbrella and chairs for rent, awesome sunrises, and less populated beach within walking distance. The condo is cute, clean, and comfortable. There is music from the bar next door but can only really be heard when you are near the front door. Clayton's is extending a pier nearby...not sure how that will affect the noise or light levels in the future. But the fireworks from the pier on Friday night can be seen perfectly from the balcony. Very relaxing stay and the communication with Karen was always prompt...she does check on you to see if you need anything.

The owner really thought of everything! We had all the makings of a perfect beach trip right there. You really only need to bring your clothes and food and you’re ready to go! The room was exactly as described and the views were wonderful. We definitely plan to come back!
