EL DESAYUNO MUY BUENO EL LUGAR MUY BONITO LAS INSTALACIONES IMPECABLES

Ubicacion perfecta porque estaba aprox a 15 mins de Pto Misahualli, a 10 minutos de Tena, a 30 mins de la laguna azul. Atencion 10/10, nos ayudaron con todo, incluso nos recomendaron lugares deliciosos para comer. El desayuno es espectacular!!!!! Cada dia fue diferente y no solo fue variado y con una presentacion divina sino que tambien fue novedoso y delicioso ! Como el Hotel no tiene restaurante para almorzar o cenar, nos ayudaron pidiendo en un restaurante cercano y nos llevaron la comida al Hotel y nos atendieron en el comedor los mismos chicos del Hotel. Nos recibieron y despidieron con una bebida de cortesia . Las habitaciones grandes y comodas, tienen refrigeradora pequeña. Hay mucho espacio para que los niños corran en las areas comunes, hay una sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, jenga. Una piscina deliciosa y hay para hacerse baños de cajon por un valor aparte.

Lo unico no tan bueno fue conectividad pero no creo que tenga que ver con el Hotel sino mas con el servicio en la zona en general. Ellos tienen 3 redes de wifi en sus instalaciones pero se dificultaba el uso de wifi en las cabaña sin embargo si me iba a la recepcion o el comedor tenia wifi al 100%.

El lugar esta espectacular, a las afueras de Tena, la vegetación es exuberante, por la propiedad pasa un riachuelo, nos quedamos en una cabaña muy amplia y cómoda, el desayuno es bueno y abundante, para la cena pedimos room service y estaba bueno, el hotel cuenta con una alberca grande y con un salón de juegos, ampliamente recomendable para familias con niños, el personal muy amable.

The room was amazing! It felt like staying at a spa resort. Breakfast every morning was varied and very good. The pool was great. Even had steam baths.

Not necessarily something I didn't like, but they only accept cash so be prepared.

The place was clean inside and out. Great ambiance outside. Pool, breakfast, cleanness are up to the American standards.

The staff should have a little more basic English to communicate with non Spanish speaking tourists who would appreciate this upscale property even more if the communication was easier

Breakfast was amazing, served course by course. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. My room faced a creek and lots of trees. The pool is nice.

I hadn't realized how far from town this place was. It was at least 10 miles from Tena and 10 miles from Misahualli. You have to take taxis into town for restaurants or better yet, rent a car. The hotel restaurant isn't open at lunch. It "opens" at 6:30 for dinner but then the guy told me it was closed. Then he said but I can order at the front desk and I guess eat around the pool. It was very confusing. The time I ordered, I canceled after waiting an hour and half and went without dinner. On weekends, the restaurant is completely closed and they will order out for you at double the price to cover delivery. They don't clean your room unless you give them your key. The shower was VERY low pressure and you have to rotate this thing that looks like a spoon to get hot water. Even with all of this, it was a beautiful place.

The pool was big clean and very nice

None of the personnel spoke English, there was no vegetarian option and the shower was cold and there was not even enough water to make my hair wet. Moreover there was a problem with almost all the toilets in the lodge that would not flush. At last over room was just under the breakfast restaurant so there was a lot of noise early in the morning.

Nice, spacious villa. Very clean and a lot of privacy. Good place to rest. Kind staff. Amazing varied breakfast.

One night stay on our way back from jungle stay. Well appointed room overlooking the river and lots to do on site as weather was poor (table tennis, darts and pool) Would have been nice to stay longer. Good breakfast and helpful staff although very little English

Restaurant not open because so few guests which would have been god to know before arrival. Ended up having to order takeaway which was not ideal.

We liked everything. We can really say that it is the best hotel we visited, especially as an attitude of the personell to the visitors. We were helped in everything. They helped us to organise a transport back to Quito comfortable and convinient for us and the budget we wanted. We had incredeable dinner at the lodge for the price cheaper than in many restaurants and good quality. The attention and attitude to clients is really incredable. As well as the beauty of the lodge, relaxing atmosphere, taste in the interior and design of the lodge. All buildings and natural space are made with great taste and love.

I had the BEST time at Tagua Lodge for the two nights that I stayed. The entire experience from the staff, to the food, to how beautiful the property is with so much attention to detail, exceeded any and all expectations I could have had. I felt like I was at home. You will not be disappointed and I am looking forward to booking my next visit for hopefully a longer duration. I am also vegan and for the complimentary breakfast which is such a generous amount of food they were able to accommodate me perfectly. Thank you Tagua Lodge!

Nice quiet place to stay in the jungle. No one was there but us. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Clean and comfortable. Nice room views.

The rooms were quite hot downstairs, didn’t circulate air. Over priced for what it is, nothing really there.

Breakfast was absolutely superb! Would definitely stay here again for sure! Staff helped with calling taxis etc, they were very patient with our not knowing Spanish.

I should have printer out the Booking.com reservation. Couldn't get it to pull up on my phone and they were having a wifi outage at that moment. Price a bit higher than quoted on Booking.com

This was just a slice of heaven for me - peaceful and tranquil. Exactly what I hoped for. The property is lovely, on the banks of a small stream and surrounded by plenty of jungle and plants. There's abundant bird life and I even spotted a monkey one morning. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, super delicious and sets you up for the entire day. Dishes available for lunch or dinner were also really good. The Duplex was simple but beautiful, offering vistas towards the lush green from the balcony, included fan and aircon. Beds were also very comfy. The pool makes for great refreshment during the daytime heat, and there's plenty of seating to just lounge and linger. The team working at the property were all very kind and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The rooms were really comfortable, great breakfast, amazing and quiet setting, WiFi was good and rooms have TV and netflix.

The plumbing and shower weren't great. Extremely low water pressure, so difficult to even wash hair, my sister also struggled to get hot water, and toilet flush very weak. This might just be a jungle thing though.
