This was a lovely apartment in a great location. it’s convenient for the beach and the old town so perfect for a trip to the city.
Our host was lovely. She was very flexible with our requirements. Also she realised it was my birthday during the stay and left me a gift. I was really touched by this kind and thoughtful gesture.

The location was very convenient, a short walk from the beach and the old town. The view from the balcony was superb, a great place to sit and eat breakfast or enjoy a beer in the evening.
The terrain in Dubrovnik is very steep and a lot of streets are in fact staircases. Sucana is one of these. This was not a problem for us but it could be something to bear in mind for other people.

Apartment has a balcony with an amazing view, we had our morning coffee and evening wine just chilling there and looking at the old part of Dubrovnik. Double bad was King-size, pretty comfortable. There was a bath tub and a washing machine in a bathroom.
The location of the apartment is not at all suitable for people with walking problems. To get to the embankment or the beach, you need to go down 150-200 steps, apartment is on the second floor, there are also stairs. The car cannot be parked at the house, it must be left on the upper road, and then go down the stairs again. We had difficulties with parking, everything was packed, I recommend finding a paid parking space in the area in advance.

Apartment was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The balcony was so nice to use and had a beautiful view onto the old town. Brilliant location to walk into Dubrovnik and to the beach. The host was very amenable and let us leave our luggage for a late check out which was very useful.

Very nice appartement which is located in the charming place. The street looks very authentic (even beeing in touristic area) and the host is very nice and helpful. There was enough space in the appartement for my kid to play. In the kitchen I had everything I need to cook (and even more). The view from the balcony was so nice. So we really enjoyed our morning coffee. The location is great : 5 min to the beach and 10 min to the old city.
Just to let you now that there are stairs pratically everywhere in Dubrovnik. It's good to know if it's the first time you are coming. You can acceed the appartement only by stairs. So too much bagage might not be a good idea.

Main selling point is its location for self catering - being halfway between Banje Beach (5mins) and the local supermarket (less than 5 mins). It was nice and quiet. We liked the very accommodating host who communicated excellently and clearly with us. Two double beds. One bed in a room separated by a folding door and one bed in the living/kitchen area.
No downside except that the balcony is smaller than other apartments but it still had an amazing view !

Great location. A lot of space for family 2+2 (big couch for kids - better than on photos). Silent, comfy. Nice views from balcony and kitchen (trees, sea and old town). It is a little behind front line, but we really liked it. It was perfect choice for this price.

Great location, close to the beach and the old city, everything you'll need is nearby, also a supermarket and restaurants.
I loved the view from or balcony and the furnishings. Felt like home :-) everything was there, including organic coffee!

Great host who gave us info about where to visit/eat, amazing apartment with incredible views. Couldn't do enough for us and even gifted us an umbrella as it was really raining. Would definately come back and recommend to anyone. Nice walk into town, lovely and quiet and everything you could possibly need. Dubrovnik is beautiful. Loved it, thanks.

The communications, arrangements and personal efforts put in place by manager Ivana and hostess Vesna while I was en-route between airports from London to Munich and Dubrovnik were second to none when it comes to customer service excellence and going the extra mile. I work in customer service and this is right up their for ease of effort and outcome with the great customer experience as the sole focus. Thank you Vesna.

The Apartment is located very close to the Old Town and has a brilliant view of a forest garden from the windows and the sea and old town at the same time. The apartment is big and was very clean with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities The Hostess Vesna was extremely helpful and even found a free street parking for us for our stay and explained the facilities and recommended some very nice places to eat. She was also very kind in giving us a late check out till 12 pm and gave us place to store our luggage since our flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
