Perfecto para cualquier familia numerosa o para reunirse, Rolton House cuenta con habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas para su estadía, y disfruta de una vista de Loughrigg Fell. La sala de estar grande y contemporánea tiene muchos asientos cómodos para todos, y al abrir las puertas francesas, gana espacio extra para cenar al aire libre o disfrutar de un café por la mañana en el jardín privado y cerrado. Una gran cocina abierta con un elegante comedor es perfecta para el entretenimiento, y si los miembros más jóvenes quieren su propio espacio, ¡también hay un escondite para ellos! Cada habitación está bellamente presentada, una con baño privado, así como un baño familiar adicional.
Salga y, a solo un corto paseo, se encuentra en el corazón de Ambleside, con una gran cantidad de tiendas, cafés y restaurantes, se pueden encontrar caminatas para todos los niveles en la mano o solo a una corta distancia en automóvil, y la terminal de cruceros de Lakes es solo una 10 minutos a pie en Waterhead.

Just got back from a lovely weekend in this house. Everything was perfect, great location, warm and cosy, equipped with everything you could ask for. We will definitely be booking again and recommending to family and friends. Thankyou.

Lovely house, clean and very comfortable. It was clear some decorative items, books and games had been removed due to Covid restrictions but it was still well equipped. Great location, just a short stroll from all the shops and fantastic restaurants in Ambleside.

We stayed here with a group of friends and it was ideal.
We stayed here with a group of friends and it was ideal. Plenty of room in the house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The 2 parking spaces were fantastic and the cars stayed put all weekend as we could walk everywhere we want to in Ambleside. The town centre is minutes from the front door. The only downside is that the side doors open onto the garage forecourt and while we sat in the back garden there was a faint whiff of fuel. The large kitchen/dining room made communal cooking and eating possible and the separate living room was very comfortable. The view to Loughrigg is most welcome from the front of the house.

We stayed here with a group of friends and it was ideal. Plenty of room in the house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The 2 parking spaces were fantastic and the cars stayed put all weekend as we could walk everywhere we want to in Ambleside. The town centre is minutes from the front door. The only downside is that the side doors open onto the garage forecourt and while we sat in the back garden there was a faint whiff of fuel. The property itself is spacious and the amenities worked just fine. The parking was spacious enough for 2 cars; no scrimping there. The property is on the main road so traffic noise does intrude a little but you are in the heart of Ambleside town, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the pier and other attractions so that balances things.

A great location to be central to Ambelside. Very spacious airy property.Comfy beds, great facilities . This property is on a main road so if you are a super light sleeper it maybe an issue, it wasn’t for me but was for some of our party until we gave them some earplugs and then had a great nights sleep!

Big house with everything we needed.
Big house with everything we needed. Great for a family. Very nicely decorated. Great location in Ambleside. Let down by traffic noise and street lights at night, we tried to solve this problem by packing cushions into the window. Will happily use this house again.
