The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. More than what we expected since we booked it 2 days in advance. The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again next time we come through.

Poor Breakfast? Very poor attention? No Room cleaning?

Normally I do not use the breakfast, but on the last day it was more convenient and the breakfast sandwich was pretty yummy.

Weather sucked.

I love this hotel. it’s perfect and I have never had an issue. location is perfect and love the facility.

we’ll hate to say “didn’t like” but there were a couple things that bothered me a lot. There was soil on the toilet and blood on the door in the bathroom. we were moved due to a malfunction of the tv . I have photos

Huge, quiet room with comfortable beds. Very convenient location adjoining several food options, including the independent breakfast/lunch option Morning Story. Recommend!

Bathtub has no grab bars or anti-slip features. Our son complained about the breakfast quality. We didn't partake but thought everything looked fine and would happily have eaten there.

pretty expensive…then I went in a few days later to book a night at the end of December and it was nearly $100 cheaper 😩

Comfortable bed, it was clean and had a excellent breakfast.

I loved everything

Clean, well maintained, liked the kitchenette and nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Great shower also! Very nice salt-water pool and fitness room. I liked that we could choose whether to have housekeeping (or not) each day. Appreciated the helpful staff who offered to replace towels, etc as needed.

Breakfast looked pretty good, but as a vegan who doesn't eat meat, eggs, or dairy products, there wasn't much I could eat. My husband who is vegetarian seemed to enjoy it though.

Toilet: did not flush properly , seemed to leak so did not flush, then after it filled worked well until it sat for a spell Air conditioner had a vibration that kept us from sleeping well. Also took a long time to cool room.

The breakfast was disgusting. I ate a croissant of eggs mixed with cheese and became very ill within two hours. The rooms were beautiful, but they had a fan turned on that you could not turn off and we could not sleep.

That fan running all night. They should also try to clean their rooms

The tv remote did not work. It was late. so we just read.

Room size/set up & comfortable beds

Cleanliness of room not up to standard. No bath mat, fixtures water spotted, dirty dishes in dishwasher (bad odor), stovetop missing knob. Breakfast adequate/minimal options

This would be a great place for a medium term business traveler. It's clean, quiet, and has things you need to work and feel somewhat at home.
