staff was very nice and helpful. you felt welcome. rooms were great

with a full hotel, the breakfast staff was unprepared to handle the large amount of guest. had to wait for eggs and sausage and then the amount they put out was very small amount enough for 4 people.

Staff was decent. Location was on our route.

Hot tub was broke. Breakfast was horrible. Bed were hard. Not a great stay at all.

Very noisy hockey fans up all night, the girl at the front desk dud but know how to take cash. When I was paying with cash. I had to wait up for a manager who did not show up when they were supposed to. Had to go back in the morning to pay. All the soap, shampoo, conditioner in showers were all empty.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Makes for a long weekend when sleep is not a good one. I paid good money to have an uncomfortable bed.

Room cleanliness a real question. Found previous occupant's plastic shopping bags and clothing tags debris in the closet and drawers. Leftover iced tea jug in fridge. Hairs in carpeting that a vacuum should have picked up. No TV remote in the room, so had to request one.

They dont clean room unless you ask, Breakfast was no different than a cheap hotel. Only serve eggs and bacon & sausage on weekends only

I ask the front desk lady to get my room clean every day ...I got two rooms for my and my workers and we stay 3 day and the room never got clean up

Practically non existent. The first day there were bagels and English muffins. Breakfast during the week was coffee, juice, yogurt and cereal. The bagels and muffins did not appear again until Saturday and Sunday when there was also eggs and sausage/bacon.

We were not advised the rooms would not have linen service. Had to take towels downstairs for exchange every morning. No trash can liners. The last day I was advised to put trash in hallway for pickup. My second room had no working ac do my friend was switched to another floor where he had no bathroom lights for two days,

The front staff was friendly but they were very limited on what they could do. We forgot toothbrushes and toothpaste and the front desk person brought us some. When we went to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels they were happy to help us. Apparently housekeeping didn't fill any of the rooms since 3 other families asked for toilet paper and towels and washcloths when we asked for some too.

The room was dirty, there were a live bugs(spiders)in the shower area and dead bugs(lady bugs and rolly pill bugs) by the window. There was hairs from previous guests and mildew in the shower and sink area. Microwave was not cleaned out or disinfected. The bed was the worst bed we ever slept on. It was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were not fluffy at all very flat and gave no support. The pool area wasn't open at all. No service to refill towels, toilet papers or cleaning at all. For paying $300 for the weekend I feel like I got robbed and over paid for a 2 star hotel. We won't be staying here again you can tell they cut back on staffing and they are paying for it now. The breakfast sandwiches were a nice concept but they tastes nasty. It was a breakfast that you would see at a 2 star hotel a lot of prepackaged items. Nothing fresh not even fresh whole fruit. The wifi didn't work even with the front desk help. We just gave up.

Just some parts of the furniture had scratches and dents in it indicating that it was old & outdated; other than that, the room was clean & comfy

Otherwise, staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The pillows especially are super soft but supportive!

Hotel did not disclose that pet friendly = dog friendly. We have stayed 3x at this hotel, and it was only when we were leaving the 3rd time that we were told they only have a "dog rate;" there is no "cat rate." I was up front each time that we have a pet and we were charged the $25 pet fee, but I didn't realize we needed to specify cat vs. dog. Also, the hotel has a sign that says no pets are allowed, so obviously there was some disconnect.
