The property was really beautiful. High ceilings, wooden floors, nice sized rooms. Anna Maria, her husband and son met us on our arrival and departure (even though we left at 0230!). Noticing we were from Israel, they had even set the Netflix language to Hebrew which was a nice touch. We were greeted with fruit, snacks, beer and wine. They thought of everything. After looking through the facilities listed on booking.com I asked Anna Maria if they had a french press for coffee. She said they didnt but that she'd pick one up for me. True to her word, there was one waiting for us when we arrived!

The WiFi was not accessible in our bedroom which made after hours work difficult. The other missing item was shower gel / soap. The bathrooms had a couple of soap sachets but they didn't match the needs of a family of 6 staying for 4 nights.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, they welcomed us and introduced us to the city. They also let us keep our luggage after the check out hour. Variety of restaurants near the apartment and close to a lot of attractions that you can visit on foot. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Really recommend this place!

The property was amazing, everything we needed from start to finish. The trip was made by the amazing hotels who we cannot thank enough. We would recommend this stay to anyone who is visiting Rome.

The size and location of this apartment where great. The finish and fixtures inside and the high ceilings gave the place a wow factor. Having 3 bathrooms is also a plus for a larger family like ours. The hosts were amazing and very helpful, arranging our transfers from the airport and providing lots of advice. The welcome groceries and drinks were a lovely touch as was the gift provided when we left. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The only negative was that there was quite a bit of noise some nights and we couldn’t work out where it was coming from.

we found a few mosquitoes in the apartment during our stay so a mosquito spray to spray the apartment would have been useful.

Lovely property, very conveniently located, immaculately decorated, quiet and very well maintained, with all the mod cons. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and a well-stocked bijou kitchen. We were 5 but the property can comfortably sleep more. The air conditioning was very welcome in the Roman summer Fantastic hosts- helped us coordinate transfers, met us on arrival, carried our luggage up and could not have been more helpful or efficient. They provide recommendations as to where to eat and we also enjoyed a dinner on the roof top terrace of the Hotel Diana next door- wonderful way to enjoy the sunset The property is up a few floors but this is an easy walk for a person of average fitness and there is a lift that goes some of the way which is helpful for luggage We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The host family was exceptionally warm and welcoming, explained everything very well and advised us on best locations for lunch/dinner around the apartment as well as near key locations. The kitchen was well stocked with a welcome snack basket which was well appreciated by all. Rooms are very tastefully done up and the ACs were a godsend in the heatwave of July 2022. We loved our stay!

Casa De Rose was an exceptional stay in amazing Rome. We were greeted very warmly by our amazing hosts Anna Maria, her husband and son. They accommodated us with transfers from and to the airport, even after a final notice flight change the night before leaving. Casa De Rose was also next to many good restaurants and attractions. The home was beautiful to the very last detail and had everything you would possibly need, even when traveling with an infant.

Absolutely perfect! The hosts were so generous - they left beverages, snacks and fruit basket. It is clear they have put a lot of thought into all the little details and have really anticipated everything a traveler might need to be comfortable. Location is super convenient. Do not hesitate to book here! A true oasis in Rome.

This apartment is wonderful! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked in the kitchen with a bowl of fruit on the table and even some drinks in the refrigerator. The hosts were friendly and helpful!

Everything was great. Nice rooms, Wi-Fi, well equipped, centrally located, there is so much to see in Rome, it felt like home going back to the apartment.

everything about this apartment is beautiful. From the decor, to the comfortable beds and great location, this place has it all. The Hostess Anna Marie was so gracious and welcoming. she left drinks in the refrigerator and a basket of snacks which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was immaculate and ready immediately and the building has an elevator.

there is nothing I did not like about the property.

Anna Maria was very helpful throughout the process. We were a party of 8 plus an infant and the apartment was perfect for our family. it’s in a great location close to public transportation and across the street from a decent cafe that stays open late with burgers, pasta, pizza, drinks and gelato.

lots of stairs so pack accordingly and dryer takes a long time to dry clothes but at least it had a washer and dryer
