Parking. We paid for parking but there was no room. Parked on the street.

Rooms were great. Suite had a lovely view and nice kitchen. Beautiful, comfortable, roomy. Could use sound proofing.
Staff was very friendly.
Party in a neighboring room was loud until 5am.
Rooftop hot tub was Not at all Hot and barely jetted. A warm bath. Uncomfortable in the cold and rain.
Would stay again but book time in the cedar sauna instead.

Great location and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite small so it was quite quiet and we saw few other guests. There were a number of restaurants attached to the hotel so a quick bite was very accessible.
The room was a little smaller than a standard hotel room and it did not have a closet. Bathroom was pretty clean, but the shower definitely needed some deep cleaning.

Location is great. Rooftop hottub was lovely and the tea in the common room was a nice touch

Heated bath floor and towel rack. Clean and welcoming rooms. Dark curtains.
Parking now 2-3 blocks walk away (train station). Cleaning of sauna and hot tub should be outside guest use hours. Sauna power should be on during hours of guest use.

Location
Interesting venue
The corners of the bed weren’t clean

Great location central
Beautiful view on the roof top
Love the jets in the shower super relaxing after a day of ski touring
The jets in the hot tub did not work !!

It was nicely decorated with modern decor. The hot tub and sauna were awesome. It’s really close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice.
The kitchen could have been outfitted with a few more items to be able to cook more than simple meals. It also only had one coffee mug. Luckily we travel with a van full that has all the kitchen items we need.

The service at reception was excellent. So friendly and helpful and just made us feel welcome and comfortable . Ben made our stay special. The other staff member we met sorry didn't get his name , was really friendly and helpful.
There were some issues with things not working as they should but over all the rooms were great.

If Sasquatch ever walked into that sauna..boy He never leave for the winter! Neat set up
Unfortunately lol. The TV remote didn't work.
*Parking is hard to find and have to pay for it

Location was great
Roof top hot tub and sauna were lovely..
Bed was comfy
Room was nice and very clean
Super view
Young man at the front desk upon check in was clearly ready for tourist season to be over.
He was not helpful at all or interested in any of the questions my husband asked him, border line rude.
The young woman in the morning was delightful!!!!!! Totally redeemed grumpy guts.
No parking anywhere and some guy across the street yelling at some people for being in his parking lot for a minute

Comfortable large rooms and living space. the kitchen was excellent.
We were missing a few towels but the staff was super great with any questions and was prompt in solving any issues. The staff were awesome!

Location and staff
Toilet didn’t work so we had to wait until 4;00 the next day for a new room.
Rooftop hottub didn’t work and the bathroom there was locked.
I’m the new room had the bare minimum. No dish cloths or towels so difficult to clean the dishes. Paper towels would've been helpful.
We didn’t like the meter parking either. A hassle to find change and a spot close by.

The place was very nice looming and the common area and rooftop deck were lovely.
The only drawback was no parking
4.1
Location and comfortable bed.
Showers no longer have all the functions they used to and the shower floor was cracked and unstable.

I needed the king bed. I'm 6'3".
Booking.com screwed up my booking and put me in a double twin. Not a comfy sleep with my feet hanging off the end of the bed!
Because of the screw-up - the Savoy Hotel gave me a full refund. That was very professional & commendable! I'll go back sometime.

Location was good
No parking, no chair in room (had to sit my child on the bed to feed her), jets not working in shower, remote control not working, thin bare comforter, no chair on balcony, window handle missing (couldn’t shut it from inside the room)… nothing “deluxe” about this ‘deluxe king room’. It was pretty basic and barely passable.

Roof top jacuzzi is amazing and the staff are super nice. I was very impressed with this hotel, shower was amazing

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ben had plenty of advice for places in nelson as well as ski advice for the nearby Whitewater. room was very neat and i liked the style and the lights were a nice touch, maybe a little basic overall. location is perfect for exploring nelson.
this hotel could be really great with just a few small tweaks. the showers need to function on all settings if you're going to have big fancy showers they need to work. the TV situation was pretty laggy found myself watching a frozen screen a lot. pay parking isn't ideal, its downtown so its understandable but if there were some way even to pay for a pass or something without having to worry about the 2 or 4 hour limits most meters have. these are all pretty small details for me but would have easily made the price well worth it

Location is great. Pet friendly room was great. Room amenities were fabulous & the in suite jacuzzi & steam shower was off-the-charts.
Restaurant was closed and there was no onsite parking. Neither was at the fault of the hotel, however there was nothing mentioned at the time of booking. Having to pay for metered street parking was definitely an inconvenience and additional cost. At the time of check-in there was little offered by staff in the way of parking options available.
The insuite jacuzzi was controlled by an external switch at front desk to avoid intermittent turning on of the jets. This was complicated by the fact that the desk is not staffed 24 hours so you either have to stop using tub prior to staffed hours ending or put up with jets intermittently turning on during the night which was problematic as the tub was in the bedroom.
Support outside of staffed front desk hours was non-existent. There was an after-hours number but it went to voice mail saying mailbox was full.
On checkout, we were locked out of the hotel at 5:45 am in the rain & cold when our key cards failed to work as we were loading up our car. We called the number provided/posted numerous times with no luck. We called the hotel later during staffed front desk hours to inquire if anything was left behind in the room and to get direction as to what to do with the key fobs.
