Food, staff, look and style were amazing

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and not made to support a bigger girl

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Personal sehrt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Economy-Dreibettzimmer, welches denn angebenen Beschreibungen entsprach. Das Zimmer ist nicht geeignet um sich länger mit drei Personen darin aufzuhalten, dafür wird aber aber ein Aufenthaltsraum im Hotel angeboten. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir auch die direkte Verbindung mit den angenzendem Cafe, Restaurant und Pub. Sowohl Cafe (für Frühstück) und auch das Restaurant (Steakhouse) können wir empfehlen.

A lot ;-) We were here last year and we came back. I was reminded immediately by the friendly staff, the quaint hotel, up-to-date rooms (we liked the showers) big windows, excellent location, great food, dinners, pub, and coffee the next morning smiling faces all around. 

I would’ve liked the bigger bed. Next time I’ll ask if there is one. The bed was a little soft. Everything else was great.

It's a lovely heritage building beautifully renovated.

The wall between my room and the next was thin so be sure you bring earplugs.

Great location, comfortable, clean, quiet. Coffee available on 2nd floor is a nice touch.

Booked a "Mountain View" room...actual view looked over the parking lot and across at another building. We arrived early and parked in the hotel lot. They checked us in early. We are getting older and looked forward to a nice 2 night stay. Both nights however, the music started in the bar below us. Saturday night was unbearably loud with a live band. The front desk offered another room - but it was late at night and didn't want to start packing our belongings so we waited for the music to end so we could sleep. We delayed our departure by hours the next day to allow for some sleep before our 8 hour drive. Also, bathrooms don't have a proper door (swinging glass with no set closure point)and there was no blind in the bathroom window - which was very uncomfortable.
