AC was working fine that's it.

. They claim they have 24 hours service. But their staff was seeing adamantly how me and my parents were dragging all the luggage inside the hotel. On requesting them they said if u want to stay you may continue but don't expect us to lift your luggage. That's what they said to my parents. They dont have water in the property

There were hardly any staff to help us out. Their behavior was also not great. The rooms were overpriced.

Arrivef very very late at night. staff attitude was excellent.

No working table. No bedside lamp. No shower curtain. No intercom.

Room was very clean and location of lodge is very near to NJP Railway station which makes it easy to board any train be it at late night or early morning.

The entrance to lodge is not proper as stairs are there without any railing which can be dangerous sometimes.

No breakfast provided.
