This condo checks all of the boxes- right on Market Square, easy to get in/out, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and they even put out snacks! We parked in the garage right down the street and felt safe walking back to the condo late at night. There is some street noise but it didn’t bother us at all. There were fans and earplugs available for us to use. I hope this condo is available the next time we come to Knoxville!

We loved everything about the apartment! The place was gorgeous, well stocked, so clean and at the best location in town! We were dropping our daughter off for grad school and were able to walk everywhere, including to the university campus. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!!

Awesome location, street noise not at all a bother, especially in the bedrooms. My parents stayed in the garden unit with the same response. On Saturdays between May and November, definitely go to the Farmer’s Market downstairs in Market Square. Amazing vendors do so much to see! Area feels very safe - lots of people out walking around day and evening. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time to Knoxville and wanted a centrally located property. Almost everything was within walking distance and a parking garage was 1 block away. There were carts available in the lobby which made toting luggage up to the apartment and to/from garage easy. It was a little noisy (A/C and street activity) but the provided ear plugs worked. Kitchen is adequately stocked and linen/bath towels were great.

The location was perfect. Short walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, parks, theatre, etc. It was very secure and safe and really puts parents at ease staying in the city with kids. Will definitely be back!

For the most part the 4 of us were very pleased with the condo...the location, kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable main room and bathrooms....all wonderful. The treats and beverages were very much appreciated also.
Our only negatives were in regard to the hallway bedroom....the mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the blinds need to be replaced. The bright lights from the outside couldn't be blocked out.
We enjoyed parking in the nearby parking garage for free over the weekend.

This apartment made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the wall art showing what the square looked like before it was turned in to the common space it is today. All rooms were very clean and cozy. The snacks were a nice touch and definitely appreciated after a long night next door in the clubs.

Great location in the heart of the downtown Knoxville. Close to UT. Easy to get into, but very secure. A little on the loud side, but appreciated the earplugs in the rooms. Love the history captured in the room artwork. Not the fault of the owner, but the noise level surfaced more from the homeless in the square than the bar downtown.

Absolutely ideal location, very comfy and nicely stocked apartment. A little hiccup with getting in on arrival but later realized the info was provided I just missed it. You might need the ear plugs provided by the host but it’s the trade-off for being in a great place! Would definitely come back.

Cold and windy but staying in this location made our visit easy. We walked to everything. This beautiful apartment had everything you could want. Great apartment right on the square really love the fact I could park in the garage and walk, or enjoy the scooters to get around downtown Knoxville. The square is a very happening place even until 2-3am. The ear plugs provided by the host were great. (We stayed on a weekend). The property Inside was clean and neat and well decorated. Hardwood floors, granite countertops nice coffee maker. Amazing food close by. We would definitely go back.

The building/windows are older, so the cold (in the winter) and noise seep in, making heat distribution uneven. This is good when some in your party like it cooler than others

This is now our 3 rd stay and we are already talking about when we can get back. The apt is clean and has everything you need plus well situated on Market Square. We love the convenience and Lisa was very helpful and so kind. Kenzie was also very helpful, a big thank you to you both.

Great place! Apartment is well furnished and even had snacks. Windows don’t seal great so a little drafty but not bad. There is a bare downstairs so it can be loud at night.

My daughter and I came to Knoxville for a concert and this location was perfect. The check in process was a breeze and so easy to park in the garage a block away. We didn’t use our car all weekend! It was noisy at night, but we were prepared as this was in the property description.

Staying here was a breeze. Apartment is in a great location, overnight parking is close and Market Square is right outside your window.
Expect it to be a bit noisy, you're staying downtown afterall. The property owner ensures there are plenty of ear plugs scattered throughout the space! We got a laugh out of that!!

We had a great 2 day stay . The place was immaculate, the bed was comfortable. Their were snacks and drinks in the fridge. The locations was perfect for so many dinner choices. It was quiet at night for sleeping despite being on the town square.

Stayed here during a conference at the convention center. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the center, restaurants, bars and shops. The parking garage is very close and affordable. Because it’s downtown, you have the typical city sounds, and the property is stocked with everything you need.

The apartment was roomy and very clean. Great location surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues all within walking distance. Close driving distance to Smoky Mountain National Park. Parking garage was close and always had parking. There was some noise from the square that could be heard in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked great and it was really nice to have a washer/ dryer in the unit.

This is a great central location on Market Sq, which is primarily restaurants and bars and a few shops. The place was just as listed, and perfect for 3 of us. It would be extremely crowded if you used the pull out sofa. The ear plugs worried us (although was very considerate to leave) but we had no problem with noise. Parking is a block away in a crowded deck, but we always found a place and it’s a little hard to find the first time, so keep your eyes open! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for all the little amenities (coffee, creamer, toiletries and extra linens!)

The property was a perfect location. Right in Market Square. Furniture was comfortable, which you don’t always find in rentals. If I had chosen to cook, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. If we decide to visit Knoxville again, we will definitely check availability of this property.
