Front desk was super nice guy

Room was disgusting, whole place stunk like old mold, our room looked nothing like pictures, stains all over the room, from the bed, to the walls, floors etc. hallway had horrible baby powder smell like trying to cover up the odor

Smelled like curry. I think it was coming through the vent in the bathroom. Our belongings even smelled when we got home.

there was cockroaches and bed bugs, that was foul and it smelled horrible in there, walked in the room and walked straight back out and didnt stay. this place needs shut down

The building was dated. The furniture needs to be replaced. The bed was terrible!! It was hard when you sat down on it.. so you can imagine how uncomfortable it was to sleep on.

The late night shift man tending the desk was utmost rude and simply need not to be in customer service . If it could not get any worse upon checking out to get to the hospital where my baby brother was in ICU hence why we traveled without planning was unbelievable the most rude inconsiderate pompous ass . I assume it took to much effort to give us a receipt He got up without saying nothing and walked off. I’m looking like what is going on this man actually went back to this hotel under normal circumstances I wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there. Did room check to see if Perhaps there was something of value we could have or perhaps there was damage excuse me more damage to the room that could have been caused by us. Explain to him, sir. My brother is an induced coma. I’m really trying to get back to the hospital. This is to the desk. I asked him again for the receipt I said is the printer not working?It was awful . He took his time me, looked at me as if I was nothing. Luckily, for me, I recorded the whole thing.

Well the hotel the staff the smell the lack of cleaning other then surface areas. And somehow this is what they rated my words as 4 star . Omg lol !

The location was not too far away from MEPS. The only reason I was there was to see my daughter swear into the Navy. The man that checked me in was nice.

The mirror in the bathroom failed the finger test. I couldn't move the mirror away from the wall to confirm it had the wall behind it. I was very uncomfortable with that. I put a towel over the mirror and the weird looking vent in the bathroom.

Not much, No FOOD, room needs updating, bed covering had cigarette burns on most covers.

I liked That? It was peaceful. The person up front was funny and nice. I stay 2 nights, one in a smoking 1 and non-smoking. Even if you're a smoker, you can go without it. Stay as noon smoking area. It's so much nicer. But everything was great. I wish you had complimentary breakfast, but it don't, but it's okay.

The cook machine does not take card only cash. And that is great.

My room (107) smelled awful!! Stinky like sewer and or mold. The room itself seemed clean, but the air was bad.

I was disappointed to find feces on the bathroom wall. There was a musty odor in the hallway and room. Although I didn't report this to the staff I know they know because they were using candles to hide the smell at the front desk.

Checking in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. I do feel like the staff cares about the guests stay.

The floor was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. The pillows where flat and super uncomfortable.

Was dirty saw roaches crawling near the tv, the sprinkler system was moldy and corroded. Hallway had a horrible smell. Felt very unsafe, glad I was with my husband. Do not recommend!!

Bugs in my room, hair dryer did not work, had trouble regulating heat/air in the room because the unit was so old and looked to have mold in it, the hotel in general needs ungraded

There is a roach infestation at this hotel. There were dozens of live roaches running around the room and bathroom. It's disgusting.

It was very dirty, our blankets, sheets and towels had stains on them and there were bugs.

They had availability when nowhere else did (big college football match in town). There was coffee at reception in the morning.

The place was very tired and scruffy. Worn carpets in the corridors, metal fitting in rooms were rusting, the air-con was noisy & ineffective. The in-room fridge kept waking me up.

The rooms were not clean! Fingerprints everywhere and dirt. Big dead cockroaches in the hall and in the room behind the bed. It was absolutely disgusting

Dirty pillow had black marks and dirt everywhere they literally probably put a new sheet on that’s it sooooo gross
