Lovely appartement very well located in Mantova! It was the only appartement during our family trip to really accomodate 5 person properly: the sofa bed was ready when we arrived, with the sheets and everything. The appartement was super clean, bed sheed and towels, everything was perfect.

Worth noticing there is no lift and several stairs.

The terrace was a bit dirty, leftover cigarettes and dirty chairs. The opening system was a bit difficult to use, while entering I had to try more times and we were not able to close the door when leaving.

There is no elevator and apartment is on the second floor so lots of stairs with all your luggage. The communication with apartment owners is more than terrible!! They hardly speak English and their service is bad, incomplete and slow (even if you communicate in Italian!). If things go wrong they don’t pick up the phone and it’s hard to reach them (on arrival we were unexpectedly rebooked to a total different apartment). They don't keep appointments/promises. We were very disappointed in this organisation and will never book with them again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Everyone in our family had room. The linens and towels were deluxe and the bathroom was nice. The balcony was a special treat, we enjoyed it very much.

The check-in process was confusing, eventhough the directions were simple enough. It was hard to figure it all out after a long day of travel. Many emails and whatup chats. Would have liked a print out in the apartment instead of many emails. The coffee maker handle was broken and there was not dishwasher soap.

The location is excellent. It's just in the center of the old town. Very easy to visit every main place by walk. Convenient for going to restaurants, ice cream shops and pharmacy.

No washing machine. No lid for pot. No slippers. No shampoo and shower gel.

Beautiful place in the old city. You can feel everyday life, taste of coffee and vine. Comfortable apartment. Free parking 600 meters away. Fast Wi-fi, which delighted.

Big problem which turned out only much later: The apartment is marketed as having parking. The landlady told us to park in Via Accademia - which we did. Four months later Mantua police fines us huge amounts of money. Supposedly we were not even allowed to drive through the street - and parking was illegal. (Nowhere did we see any such signs!). I contacted the landlady, who now said that parking is, in fact, 1 km off the apartment. She promised to mail back on behalf of the police fines, but never did.

Suite Accademia is located directly in the city center. The location is really fine!!

The apartment was not perfectly clean and the kitchen is not furnished very good (no kitchen towels, no tea kettle etc.). One of the bedrooms could not be darkened (no curtain...).
