location was quite central. 15 minutes by walk to the city center. beautiful building.

we were placed to the ground floor & the room was facing the road. we were told that it’s quite at night, but I could hear all the cars passing by even with the earplugs & closed windows with closed blinds! if you like to sleep in quietness, then I don’t recommend you this hotel if the only option you get is the ground floor.

Room size very good. warm welcome with good introduction. the beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well.

the bar for breakfast was quite packed and quite warm. It wasnt far away.

We had a spacious and quiet room with a good bed. The staff went out of their way to help us when we had a question or needed some assistance.

The location was pretty good, not too far from Palazzo Te and about a 15 min walk to the city centre. Chiara was really friendly and helpful. She sorted out a restaurant booking for me. There was a kettle & teabags in the room and free coffee (coffee machine) at reception. Breakfast was included, although not on the premises, but about a few minutes walk away at a local cafe. The house was beautiful, with frescos upstairs & my room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Thanks.

Ground floor flat is close to a side street which has some traffic, and it is not really quiet, but during the night not so disturbing: suggestion to choose a upper floor room. TV quite small and position to one side of the room. Only public parking on the street, which is subject to a parking fee.

Very nice interior in a renovated historic building, close to the center by foot

The windows were facing the street. Although it is a small street, there was a lot of loud traffic during the night. We had to close the windows, then it was ok. The breakfast was in a cafe 5 minutes by foot. The service was very poor. We had to wait 45 minutes for just a cappucino and a croissant. It's not worth going.

Very clean and beautiful room. Historical building, perfect combination of modern and classic. Silvano gives us a wonderful tour of The residenza with very good tips for musea and restaurants. The breakfast is in another modern bar nearby, very Nice handmade breakfast.

Warm and welcoming hospitality of the owner of this boutique residence. Breakfast has to be taken in a cafe within 5 minutes walking distance. However, quality of breakfast and variety of choice are good. The espresso available within the hotel is very good.

Would be nice to have a kettle within the room as well to prepare some tee.
