Beautiful Ocean View 3 Bedroom in Encinitas!
Remodelado en 2019, esta propiedad de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 1800 pies cuadrados en Encinitas es el lugar perfecto para la playa de su grupo. Ubicada a 1 milla del océano, esta unidad del piso superior tiene una vista maravillosa del agua y la puesta de sol desde el área de estar principal y la gran cubierta. El gran comedor es apropiado para comer alimentos que traes de uno de los restaurantes cercanos o comidas que preparas en la cocina grande, que tiene todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. We were only there for weekend, but the house was exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach! It was very nice to be able to walk on the beach each morning. The house was great for our group of 5 and I would stay again.

We loved our stay in Encinitas! In our opinion, it's better than described. Clean, comfortable, views, perfect location and quiet neighborhood. We tried many of area suggestions and each one was amazing! The beach town of Encinitas is so fun to walk around and the restaurants are fantastic! Our favorites were Honey's for breakfast, Juanitas Taco Shop (went twice!), Gelato 101 and Leucadia donut shoppe.
The location was a short drive from all the San Diego area attractions and the beach areas are beautiful.
We considered many places to stay and we are very glad we chose this one!

This rental was a great location for us and served as a great jumping off point to explore the southern California area on our family vacation. Disney, the beach, the San Diego Zoo, parasailing, kayaking, and more, this place was centrally located to give us access to all the activities we wanted. On top of that, the host was very responsive and accommodating, which was much appreciated.
The only thing that left us a little disappointed was the overall cleanliness and upkeep at the unit. Based on the pictures and reviews we expected a little more attention to detail. I suspect this is the rental mgmt or cleaning crew issue, not the owner, but it was a bit of a damper on our trip. New linens throughout (clean or not, stained linens are a turn off) and a good deep clean would go a long way and would help this place shine again because it truly has a lot going for it.

This property was exactly as described. Spacious upstairs unit with ocean views in a quiet neighborhood located minutes from all that Encinitas, Cardiff and Del Mar have to offer. This was a family trip to celebrate a UCSD graduate. Seven of us were comfortable for our stay and the large outdoor deck was a huge bonus to capturing that Southern California breeze, sunrises and sunsets. Perfectly located 12 minutes from the University.
Downtown Encinitas has plenty of restaurants, shops and access to local attractions for entertainment. The SRF Meditation garden is in the neighborhood and it’s close to several beaches.
Host was super responsive and provided clear directions. I’d rent again.

The house was really clean and actually larger than the pics show. We were there for a football tourney for my son and it fit this family of 4 perfectly. Very close to downtown Encinitas and the local beaches / trails. The host was excellent with check in and communication. Would definitely stay again..

There is constitution next door and it started at 7am Friday morning with earth equipment and lots of beeping.

We had a nice stay at the house. The rooms were spacious and there was a view of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the living room watching the view.

What a cute little place! We had a great time! We loved all the board games supplied and the kids had a blast sitting outside on the beautiful porch!

We loved it so much, we rented it for our next stay in Encinitas. EVERYTHING needed for a pleasant stay is there. Great view. It was like home away from home.
Also although it was very cold for the season, having the luxury of heat in the apt was such a plus. Nice kitchen, comfortable rooms. Great bathrooms , showers with hot water anytime and powerful pressure. All new. Finally an amazing host.

Awesome property and location, perfect size for our family to comfortably stay for a long weekend. The rooms were clean and had no issues other than some minor fixes needed on the twin bed frames. Would recommend and book again.

Our stay in Encinitas was good, we were in a location where we could get to restaurants and food very quickly, access to freeways was close and all the courses we played were within 30 minutes which made it nice. Place was clean and had a nice view overlooking Encinitas. My only complaint would be the electrical outlets in the bedrooms are old and normal plugs for phone chargers etc won't stay plugged in and fall out. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in North County. Oh and the best salsa in the world is a few blocks away at El Napalito market!

Very accurately described, this is a comfortable three bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen, large common living space with an excellent picture window looking out toward the ocean and a great ocean view, and a large covered deck with the same expansive views. Rooms are all nice sized and it was very livable. All very clean. Excellent host.

We had a great stay! Had coffee and breakfast then went walking around Encinitas. Enjoyed walking along the 101. Drove north and south of Encinitas.
Ate at some delicious restaurants.
Played cards and games in evening.

I stayed at this property with my husband and two boys (ages 13 and 16) during a trip to visit a family member who lives in Carmel. The location was PERFECT being right off of I5 and only a couple of exits away from our cousin. It was also very easy to jump I5 and head up to Oceanside for the afternoon (be sure to check out the Top Gun House!), south to La Jolla (great seal and sea lion watching), to downtown San Diego or south to Coronado.
The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinner for our family one night when we were there. Joe was very friendly and responsive.
Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the San Diego area!

I rented this for a small wedding we had in the area. 6-7 of us were staying in the unit and had plenty of space to hang out in the living room and on the deck. The common areas are all nicely updated with plenty of amenities. The beds weren’t great, but I happily gave up quality for quantity on the beds given the price and how many people we had to put up. Would definitely recommend this place to others, it was conveniently located and check in and communication with the host was super easy!

this place was great and met all our needs. the owner communicated clearly at the onset of the rental. we were nervous about quiet hours, traveling with children, but it turned out not to be an issue.
in fact, the neighbors were quite nice and told us we didn't bother them at all. we needed to make the beds when we arrived, as they had comforters but no sheets. it was a bit of a challenge figuring out which sheet sets went with which beds, but we got it all sorted. that's not much of a critique, though, which i suppose goes to show how good the place was altogether. it was clean and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessary wares, and the huge outdoor deck provided a wonderful place for dining and relaxation too! we would definitely rent this spot again. thank you!!

Unit was clean and well maintained, and was depicted accurately in photos. Owner's family member on premises was very helpful. Quiet family neighborhood. Adequate and safe parking in rear lot. Convenient to beach, freeway and downtown area.

Great place in Encinitas
It was our first time in Encinitas and we hosted some friends of my son for a local soccer camp. The place is the upper floor of a triplex located about a 20 minute walk from the beach. It's a comfortable place with a large deck and picture window. There's parking for 2 cars, two bathrooms, comfortable beds and big kitchen. The place has been updated recently and is very nice inside. There's a house fan in the attic that cools the place and ocean breezes. There's also a school nearby with a soccer field which was great for the kids. Joe, the owner, is very receptive and the place has been in the family for decades and is cared for. There's even boogie boards in the back we could use. Great for a family or big group.

Brought my family here to go to LEGOLAND and hangout at the beach. Place was great for us. Beds were comfortable house had everything we needed and that patio was amazing. I spend a lot of time just hanging out there and relaxing. We definitely will be checking for opening again next time we come down hopefully we can get this house again.

Nice for an extended family
Joe’s place was a good fit for our extended family (grandma, a couple and a couple with a kid) while we celebrated a birthday at Legoland and had a few days at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and otherwise. The bathrooms are really cute and the patio was lovely to sit and play cards and enjoy the sunset. There were no surprises and Joe was very communicative and made sure we had the codes and info needed before arrival. We loved Encinitas and will be back!

Incredible time in Encinitas
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while our family was visiting Encinitas. The hosts were very gracious and a pleasure to chat with. Restaurants, beaches, parks, everything we needed were either a walk or short drive away. Lots of comfortable beds for larger families, great common areas for hanging out and an excellent covered balcony for outdoor dining.
We will definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved this house!
My whole family loved this house! We were visiting family in the northern San Diego area, and the house was perfectly located; the property was great (we loved the deck and the living room, with its massive window); and Encinitas (which I'd never visited) was beautiful. Plus, Joe, the property owner, couldn't have been nicer. Thanks Joe!
