When we arrived I should pay for accomodation in restaurant, because it was not possible to pay it before. But the man in the restaurant was very rude ant told us, it is not is business. Men who arranged this accomodation, told mi, to put money to the drawer in the table. I did it and I have witnesses for that. But He told me, that it wasn't there. But I will not pay it 2 times. They refused payment before, they refused paymant by card in restaurant. They forced us to pay idirectly without bill and then tol, they we didn't pay. Before the man come to room for money, there slept another visitors and cleaning lady have been there. So it is really incorrect proccedings.

A valid option for a weekend on the snow! With 2 little kids Sattel is a valid ski resort for a day trip from Zurich. We decided to stop over for the night and use the restaurant downstairs for dinner. Perfect combination

Great and fast responses by the host Markus. Main beds were great. Everything was clean. Got our food delivered upstairs.

The boxes with keys were a bit confusing and we could not find them at first as they were covered. I would add some pictures with instructions. Probably also would add a light mattress or sth to make the sofa bed more comfier.

Maybe because of Covid, but the cleaning staff used something that left a very strong artificial smell in the room. And even with the windows open the room smelled strong well into the next day. I am sensitive to artificial fragrance and never understood how it can be pleasant for anyone. Advice is for management to use something that kills germs but has minimal smell.

Conveniently close to centre of village, very spacious room, comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee-machine plus refrigerator as well as cutlery and crockery for making meals/snacks.
