Location was great, staff was amazing. I was there during hurricane Milton with my 3 kids and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

My family eats a plant based diet and food options were limited. They didn’t have any non-dairy milk options which was especially difficult because there was no where else to get nondairy milk during the storm. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at with my kids in recent years has had at least a nondairy milk option offered with the breakfast buffet so that was disappointing. Aside from the food options, everything was great!

Os quartos são espaçosos e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Check-in foi muito facilitado e me cobraram apenas uma pequena taxa para uma entrada antecipada. Recomendo bastante.

Excellent Hotel to stay at Orlando , perfect location close to everything, Ihop, fast food , Seven Eleven , Walgreens and only ten minutes to Epcot . The Hotel is SPOTLESS, brand new clean in all areas . The front desk take care of all of our needs , we were moved to a big suite as we were staying 9 nights and was really amazing!! Dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker , toaster and all you need is at all rooms like dishes , mugs , coffee , paper towels, kitchen cutlery as forks , spoons, knifes , kitchen knife , lot of space at the closet and the even cabinets with all the kitchen staff( in all rooms and deluxe suites ) Thanks to the Staff they are ready to help you 24 hours , special thanks to Eliana she was really nice , Rebecca, Victoria, Drew,Damian and Richard they make everything to help you with all your needs. You have to schedule a housekeeping for cleaning the room but you call or go to the Front Desk and they give you fresh towels when ever you want ( they are all new ). Also very convenient laundry with dryer and you have to pay two dollars for a small Tide box that is for one cycle . The Gym is available and have new machines , everything at this Candelwood Suites is brand new and super clean , wearing mask in all common areas is mandatory if you forget yours at the room the Ft Desk will provide you one . Nothing to complain , we stayed for nine nights , malls , attractions, one hour to see other cities and beaches as Daytona etc is a good choice too. The bed is extremely comfy soft and the sheets looks new . The bathroom is brand new too as all the hotel with bathtub , lighting mirror and lot of space at the bathroom cabinets. I highly recommend this Hotel , everything was perfect ! The best rooms are looking the street and they are not noisy . Covered garage cost 15 dollars a day but if you have a long stay they will be 10 dll. Fresh coffee is available 24 hours at the lobby . We will return in a future trip to Orlando
