To start the room didn't have a closet chaii ice machine on the floor and no signage as to where one was The room next doors air con was very noisy the bath tub was chiped in the tub area

Had Disney perks

The room was spacious.

They didn’t have a sign out pointing to where the bus would pick us up. They just pointed at the front door when asked where to go. Thankfully other guests told me where to go.

The hotel is under construction it’s dusty plastic all in lobby a lot of confusion at ckin will be back perhaps it’s updated like the location and size of riom

Close to the park, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food.

The beds were terribly stiff and uncomfortable but clean the jacuzzi wasn’t very hot and needed to be resurfaced.

How the living area was separated from the bathroom. If someone didn't want to go to bed then they could stay in the living area and close the doors to the bedroom.

Pool needs to be cleaned more. Big beautiful pool, however it needs to be cleaned more often. Always debris on the bottom

Nothing that was the problem.

The office manager was quite hostile. I would never stay there due to construction, difficulty getting to Disney World [the fabulous buses drove on by while we were waiting outside]. We were offered an upgrade via email to a larger suite [We were told by the office manager that there are no suites like that because of construction] The "store is open 7-11 or 4-7 that's it. The breakfast was overpriced severely for what they offer. All around it was a bad stay. The hotel was misrepresented online and the staff were horrible.

Some rooms were shut down per work being done. I could tell it was probably a mold situation in which the whole building was at risk not just the part shut down I’m sure. also had to pay to park.. wasn’t aware of that and absolutely ridiculous that should be in the price of the room not separate! toilet wouldn’t flush from the time getting there.

Great location with free shuttles to/from Disney World parks. The shuttle service was great. It was on time, comfortable, and the drivers were friendly and helpful (we had a big stroller). Hotel rooms were really nice and the beds very comfortable. Our two rooms were located very close to one another as requested. Daily free water bottles and cookies were much appreciated!

Would be nice if the breakfast were included in the price.

construction in the bar in the lobby, toilet continues running, vending machine did not dispense drink but charged card. one elevator is broken. other elevators took so long we had to take the stairs.

Clean and beautiful property, courteous and professional staff (front desk, bell, housekeeping, and restaurant.) Would stay here again!!
