An amazing place to stay, fantastic self-contained studio with one of the best views you could have on Gozo, and very reasoanbly priced. Hope to come back here again!

The location is great. Or let me rephrase - a dream. The appartment was also very good for a family

We could not get a spare key set. Our older son with an injued leg had to stay in the appartment during the day, so we had to split. Not a big inconvenience - we just separated the key set from the electricity card

The location is perfect!

Although we booked for 5 adults, the bedding for the sofa bed was only provided the next day. The water in the shower took long to drain.

Location is wonderful direct at the bay. Keys pickup is very easy at the restaurant below the apartments, super friendly hosts and personal

The room was very unitidy with a glasser and platers full of old food. We needed to clean them before usage. Then the was a floor was with some dirt one it and the bathroom with the rest someones hair and full of smugs after someones baths.

Great location at Xlendi Bay and exceptional sea view. Good selection of restaurants around property. Good amenities in apartment including hob, cooking utensils, and dining utensils.

No shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. No formal reception as the property is owned by the restaurant. May want to check with staff out-of-hours check-in/check-out protocols as this is not immediately clear.

the appartement doesn’t have any heater it was so cold inside and humid. it wasn’t soundproofing. we could hear our right neighbors talking loudly in midnight with some music. we didn’t have good sleep during our stay.

Great location for a quiet and calm stay. We enjoyed our short trip very much. The apartment was clean and well prepared for our stay.

Communication upfront check-in should be priority as no one sent me messages with confirmation of the booking, neither responded when I texted on the day of the check-in. The apartments are easy to find, just need to pick up the key from the bar next doors. No soap, shower gel, shampoo, however there is a shop nearby where we went to buy all the stuff that we needed. Some of the lights were not working.

Location and the fact that is pet friendly.

Better lighting as lighting is very dim in all the apartment. Cleanliness, in general apartment was clean but top of the fridge and fan were full of dust. Bath drain was a bit blocked.

Nothing it was great

The location and view were incredible. Fabulous restaurants a stones throw away. Well equipped kitchen with a non-stick frying pan! Glorious balcony abs spotlessly clean.

The bed was awful - sagged in the middle ☹️ also two burners on the hob weren’t working. The lighting was also hard work!

A lot of space and light in the living room. Easy check-in/check-out. Air-conditions in the bedrooms.

WIFI-Connection didn't work all the time. Not enough wardrobes.

Location was great as there are a lot of restaurants around, as well as the beach. The apartment also had everything needed to have breakfast there or to just chill in the evening. The view was also amazing!

The awsome view and location in front of the sea, and a few meters from Xlendi bars and restaurants! The size of the flat is good for 2 adults and 2 children. Xlendi is very nice.

The size of the balcony for 4 people, no Wifi from the flat, No coffee machine, A pity that the flat was not clean enough. A very cold welcome.

The location is amazing, just by the sea with amazing view. Staff is nice.

The mattresses were uncomfortable, specially sofa bed is not made to be slept on it since it has super thin mattress

Overall we enjoyed our stay: the view was amazing, the apartment was clean and quiet. We ordered lunch from Moby Dick restaurant - the food was delivered fast and was tasty. When we selected the apartment, we decided to choose the one with the views, however we underestimated the storm. When renting this apartment, I would recommend to check the forecast, since the wind would likely knock you down when you open the window.

Because of the windy weather, it was quite chilly in the living room but the AC was only in the bedroom. The lift did not work - I guess, this might because we were the only tenants in the building but it was inconvenient.

The cleaning was very poor ..the place wasn't clean and not prepared for us..matress was super noisy..couldn't move a finger as it squeezes.. shower head threw water all over the place..the walls all scratches..all dirty

The location is great and you have a perfect sea view. The rooms were big and we had an air-condition.

The first night was really noisy because the restaurant had loud music running until late. We also had some old potatoes in our kitchen from the ones that lived in the apartment before us. Therefore there was a strange smell in the room.

Location is excellent,the view from the balcony is the best ,we really had a good time and Margaret the owner is very friendly, we will surely visit again
