La posizione dell'hotel era veramente ottima, a due passi dal mare. Peccato non aver avuto una stanza che si affacciava sul mare, ma lo sapevamo e non abbiamo voluto cambiare struttura. La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Lo staff dell'hotel era veramente gentile, meno lo staff del bar.

In stanza la televisione non funzionava ma credo che sia uno standard maltese (in due hotel su tre in cui ho soggiornato, la televisione non funzionava). Purtroppo le lenzuola avevano dei buchi e l'hotel non disponeva di lenzuoli con gli angoli, pertanto la mattina trovavamo il letto praticamente disfatto. Infine non sono stato trattato bene dallo staff del bar dell'hotel. A colazione c'era la possibilità di prendere le bevande calde solo dalla macchinetta, praticamente come a lavoro e la cosa già non mi piaceva. A questo bisogna aggiungere che nella macchinetta, il cappuccino era indicato come "capuccino". Dovuto anche a causa dello strafalcione, ho chiesto ad una cameriera se potessi ordinare il cappuccino direttamente dal bar e non prenderlo dalla macchinetta e lei mi ha guardato stranita ma dicendo di sì. Quello che però non mi aveva detto è che il cappuccino preparato al bar non era incluso nella colazione e pertanto al check out ho dovuto pagare il cappuccino bevuto. Non è stato un problema ovviamente, ma avrei gradito essere informato.

The room was too small

The hotel was very well located, very close to the bus station and it has a rooftop with a sightview to the bay, that one was pretty cool. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

The furniture in the rooms and the towels were pretty old and had a really bad smell. The room overall wasn't that clean as we expected to be. The breakfast was quite poor but ok if you don't stay more than 3 days, because it was the same everyday. The coffee was awful unfortunately. Xlendi bay was very shady in the night, all the restaurants/markets were closed around 9-10 pm and the prices were pretty high for the quality (everything we ordered/bought had an old taste)

The location, the super friendly staff, the peace and quiet (although it was New Year's eve) and the fact that breakfast is included.

Nothing really. A small fridge in the room might have been nice for a longer stay, but other than that everything was perfect.

Restaurant manager was extremely ruth! Asked 2 wine glasses from the staff they gave me. He came after and very bad way he told me not to take glasses without asking, told him I did ask for, if you want to apologise the way how to react now is the time, he just turned and left!!

we stay in the room with the sea view and is amazing! the room was comfortable and clean plus the location is excellent. Xlendi is a really small town and the hotel is the center. The staff very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast included in the price was very good

Location is very good and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and they let us check out an hour later for free too.

Room was very small and tv was small too. Breakfast service was quite slow.

The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. I was allowed to bring my dog.

Breakfast was average.
