This property is fantastic! Loved the modern decor! Represented well in the description. The living room view is awesome!

Relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed!!

House was fantastic, with a genuinely fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, wonderful bathtub (extra points for that!). It was completely private, quiet yet just a few blocks from both restaurants AND hiking trails. The owners have clearly thought of everything, one could move right in and stay quite happily without missing out on any cherished comforts.

Overall we really enjoyed the property. It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and well located at the end of a quiet culdesac. We had no issues with the owner or the management company. The only item we felt was unclear from listing was the access to the basement studio. We were traveling with young kids and did not realize the studio was only accessible from the outside, which made us a little nervous as parents with one of our kids sleeping down there. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I don't usually write reviews, but was impressed enough with this place to take the time. The property outpaced expectations. Really well thought out. Very responsive property manager. We were 2 couples so one couple upstairs and one in the apartment downstairs. Kitchen really well equipped. Grounds are terrific. And the views are why you come to Sedona. It's toward the south of town so away from bad 'uptown' traffic. We'll be going back.

Perfectly lovely house...good location, modern, spacious. Unfortunately, it's run by a management company that seemingly only sees their renters in monetary terms. There was nothing specific they did wrong, the entire experience just felt cold and unwelcoming. Again, the house is as advertised, you'd just be better off finding a host that's more interested in creating a pleasant getaway for their guests.

We enjoyed all the amenities: hot tub, grill, hammock. We enjoyed the view and location. The house was as advertised: clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and high-quality linens. My only complaint with the house itself is that the couch and mattresses are VERY firm, and the "king" bed is actually two twin mattresses that are harnessed together. I did not enjoy working with Sedona.org. I recommend reading all the fine print. For example, I bought insurance through VRBO, but Sedona.org did not recognize it, as they offer their own option. Oops! Wasted money. In general, Sedona.org was less flexible, personal, and available than owners I have worked with in other VRBO stays. I got verbal permission for a "late" checkout (11 a.m.; their normal is 10:00.), but the cleaning service showed up at 10:30, so we left flustered and in haste. They advertise having "concierge" services, but when I tried to use them I was told I would get a call back but didn't (Coconino was closed due to fire threat, and I wanted recommendations of alternative hiking).

We loved this property for the expansive patio, hot tub but most of all for the incredible view. You’re a quarter mile walk to a cute wine bar and in proximity to the other restaurants in town and to area hikes. I highly recommend this house.

It's an okay place, however all of the hidden and additional fees were shocking and unacceptable. We ended up paying 46% above the advertised price per night! What a bunch of scammers. Sedona.org (the property managers) charge a MANDATORY fee for "concierge services" (which we didn't use) and a damage waiver fee, and then an additional VRBO that was almost as much as a whole night's rent 😪 If they want to charge a nightly rate that high they should just advertise that price, not tack all the fees on at the end and surprise people. Lame.

This home was beautiful, clean, had everything, wonderful location, the VIEW, hot tub, just wonderful! My only complaint was the promoted price was not close, it ended up being about $250 more a night with owners fee, cleaning fees and over $1,000 in taxes for 6 nights. Know that before you fall in love. It was gorgeous but very expensive!

Great property! Loved the location and space. Close to trail heads for biking and close to grocery and restaurants. House has everything you need to feel like home. Only complaint was the beds were super uncomfortable. The shower in downstairs apt did not drain well either.

There were a few issues upon arrival (non-functional coffee maker, dishwasher part broken, etc) and the property manager addressed those concerns in a reasonable time frame. We enjoyed the hammock and the visits from the javelinas.I only give four stars because the description for this home describes it as “luxury”. This is a stretch. Nearly all of the furnishings are IKEA, the beds do not have headboards, and while decently appointed, the dishes, knives, rugs, etc. are also from IKEA. It’s also strange that there is no shower in the master, just the tub (though this is as described so not an issue, but something to be aware of).Beautiful location, nice setting, modern home, but not luxury.

Beautiful home, great location

We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this was probably our favorite. The views are ABSOLUTELY stunning and its in a great private location to get around the city. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making a variety of meals. All the bathrooms were amazing but the master bath tub was simply devine and a vacation of itself for this mama of young kiddos needing some zen time. I was nervous about taking two 2 years old here as everything was so modern but the kids enjoyed it. Beds were a little hard but we just doubled up on matress covers. The split layout was perfect for friends who tagged along and had their own space at night. Do not hesitate to book this place for a relaxing getaway in Sedona!

This was the perfect Sedona vacation home. Very modern, well maintained and the level of service and attention to details was top notch. Looking forward to renting again.

As soon as we entered the house, we were pleasantly greeted by the smell of fresh paint mixed with the smell of an old carpet. The smell in the guest room was even worse as the guest room was in the basement. When we arrived all the doors were unlocked, which was irresponsible to do and put the guests in a potential danger. Another reason this house completely disappointed us was the kitchen. The plates were all scratched, as if they were of very poor quality, old and used way too many times. Everything in the house is from IKEA so it does make sense why. Some mugs and utensils were dirty as we were pulling them out when having meal. At first, I didn’t want to pay attention to all that, but that was only the beginning. The sink in the kitchen was clogged from the very beginning of our arrival, which clearly made it difficult for us during one week stay. Pans were of very poor quality because no matter what you cook, absolutely everything sticks to them! And then it’s just impossible to wash them. I had to let them sit overnight in a water, then scrub them, and only then wash each pan three times in a dishwasher. The usual pleasant cooking process turned into a disaster and terrible waste of time. Everything in the house looked good for the pictures but was such poor quality. Master bedroom had blinds for the smaller windows so you will be woken up by the sunlight at 5am if not the crazy loud dogs next door. The other part, that might also disturb you is the neighborhood. It’s all local lower class people. You are lucky if you don’t hear people partying and drinking with loud music outside of the house until 10pm. Unfortunately for us, three nights out of six, we were trying to relax before bed by listening to loud latino lullaby. Last but not least, the host have a black and white stand in the master bathroom that covers the bath tub. Surprisingly, you won’t see it in the pictures. As my bf and I were moving it (to actually cover a large window door that doesn’t have any blings so the sun doesn’t bother us in the morning) we both hurt ourselves. If I were to do that myself I would definitely harm myself and could end up in the hospital. And as someone mentioned earlier, the steps outside are extremely slippery after it rains. That can also lead someone to be hospitalized one day if it won’t be fixed ASAP. Hot tub. SO obvious that no one even bothered to clean it. Absolutely unpleasant experience. Wish you luck if you stay here.

This property was just as advertised, looked just as it did in the photographs. The location was perfect in location to hiking and shops.

Awesome location and really nice neighborhood. Neighbors were really sweet.

We loved overlooking the red hills while we drank our morning coffee, walking down the street to the wine bar and the hot tub. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathtub was well used by my wife. The two older kids loved the apartment in the basement that had everything they needed and would e perfect as a stand-alone accommodation. The house really what we needed to kick off our Arizona vacation. The only issue we had was a plugged drain in the main shower (taken care of by Sedona.org in a couple hours) and the main shower head was mostly clogged from hard water scale (I fixed this).

Our home was the perfect getaway. Amazing views, great location and a comfortable home to relax in after a long day of hiking! The hot tub was a plus at the end of the day! The views are amazing and the attention to detail was top notch. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back!

This house totally fits the description, ZEN HOUSE. Loved everything about it and the location couldn't be better. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Loved the quietness. It gave us just what we needed, rest and relaxation.
