Die Ortschaft Sant Pol liegt außerhalb des Touristentrubels und ist entsprechend ein ruhiger und entspannter Ort, in welchem jedoch alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs eingekauft werden können (Bäcker etc.). Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die Anzahl der Bäder, welche morgens und abends "Staubildung" verhindert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung, solange die Spülmaschine häufig betrieben wird. Einem Doppelbett würde die Erneuerung der Matratze sehr gut tun, die anderen Matratzen sind i.O. Der Pool ist schön groß und der Pool ist nicht einsehbar. Der Ausblick von den 2 Terrassen ist traumhaft. Wir kpmmen gerne wieder.

Villa avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Location spacieuse avec nombreuses terrasses très agréables pour une vie en extérieur. La brise marine apporte une fraîcheur très appréciable la nuit. Sant pol de mar est un petit village typique très agréable où on trouve de tout. Un nettoyage un peu plus soigné et des couverts plus nombreux seraient appréciables, mais la location reste d'une grande qualité.

The place was so nice and clean. Great location. Plenty of rooms and well serviced . The view from the terrace was great too

Las vistas son espectaculares. La limpieza podría mejorarse: el lavavajillas estaba lleno de los anteriores huéspedes, la vajilla de dentro de los armarios estaba algo sucia, en el congelador también había restos, detrás del sofa y en algun armario había botellas vacías...

Unvergesslich schöner Urlaub Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zum empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Die Lage ist einmalig und der Ausblick spektakulär. Der Pool und die Terrassen laden zum verweilen ein. Für uns ein super Startpunkt für Ausflüge an die Costa Brava und nach Barcelona.

Fijn huis, zag er keurig uit, alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. Klein minpunt is dat er weinig kastruimte in de keuken is voor de boodschappen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, zeker vatbaar voor herhaling!

This was the perfect beach town vacation home, it was relaxing, peaceful, close to town and had the most amazing views of the sea! The home was up to date, with a beautiful kitchen, dining room, cozy living room and the bedrooms were all cozy, roomy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this vacation home for families, friend vacations and/or couple getaways. I’d to return someday to stay at this beautiful home.

Würden sofort wieder kommen, Sant Pol de Mar war eine echte Überraschung, kaum Touristen, ursprünglich und abends gibt es ein lebendiges Dorfleben. Strand und Meer = 6 Sterne,

Nous avons eu un séjour très reposant avec une maison très confortable et spacieuse et une vue à couper le souffle. Une lumière extérieure sur la terrasse de devant (éclairant mieux la table) serait un petit plus. Jacques est à l’écoute des demandes et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La plage est très proche de la maison ainsi que le village. Le centre de Barcelone est à 45mn de la villa. Nous reviendrons.

Superbe villa avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. La maison dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Quartier très calme.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, trygt og meget smuk udsigt. Skønt ferie hus - vi var afsted en familie med 3 børn i alderen 7-19 år og en hund. Alle havde det fantastisk og elskede stedet og området. Kan kun anbefaledes. Hyggelig lille by med gode restauranter og strande og klart et godt udgangs punkt for at besøge Barcelona. God og venlig hjælp fra vært. Et smukt lille paradis ved Middelhavet, væk fra turister, tæt på storby. Top karakter fra os.

La villa est très jolie et aménagée avec goût et simplicité. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin en terme d’équipements. Il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé pour faire les courses ou aller à la plage. La plage est à moins de 10 mn à pieds, mais la montée pour rentrer pourrait être un peu pénible mais ne pose pas de problème pour les bons marcheurs. La ville est desservie par le RER qui permet de rejoindre très facilement Barcelone et d’autres petites villes très sympas à visiter. Globalement, avec mes amis nous avons passé un très agréable séjour très reposant..

The stay at San Pol de mar was incredible, I would highly recommend if your looking to relax and get out of the hussle and bustle of most vacation spots. Calellla has wonderful shopping and eateries just a short drive away.

Spent a few days here and hated to leave. The view amazing, the house comfortable and well equipment. I cannot think of a better recommendation than to say, I have plans to return.

Ett vackert hus, härlig pool och närheten till havet gör att jag och min familj gärna skulle återvända.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,uns hat es an nichts gefehlt .Sehr ruhige Gegend zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.Der Pool war bei den Kindern natürlich der Renner! Wir würden hier auch jederzeit gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was everything we hoped it would be, spacious, well appointed and with breath taking views, particularly from the upper terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Miramar, exploring the local town and beachesas well as venturing in to barcelona for the day on the train. We all wished we had booked for 2 weeks instead of 1. Thank you. We might well be back!

Property recently refurbished with mediocre quality. Interior very basic and lacks amenities (e.g. few towles provided (1 per person), kitchen equipment basic (tableware just enough for 4-6, no electric orange press etc.), bedroom equipment very basic (1 hair drier in the entire house) and many closets locked from owners, so little space. Garden and Terrasses not cleaned and unfinished. Long staircase at the property/house entrance largely broken and dangerous.
