The beds were so comfortable and the staff were perfect. They sorted out our payment difficulties for the taxi when we arrived and were always so helpful and smiley. Staff was very helpful, room was very spacious and clean and all looked new. Bed was very comfortable as well. A good thing is that you could take water bottles at reception for free and they also had a laundry guests could use for free.

Hotel is pretty far away from main city attractions and also from the nearest metro station. Breakfast was very poor and the dishes they offered felt like they were more for a lunch than for a breakfast (eg chicken burrito, sandwiches or noodle soup).
