Not cleaned properly. Rubbish from a previous tenant left in bedroom draw. No railing in 2nd bathroom to get in and out of shower bath without slipping. Also no hooks for hanging clothes and towels close to shower. Lots of cobwebs on patio not broomed off. Rust cleaning also required.

What a stunning view! We enjoyed being right on the beach- perfect for a holiday with my 90 year old mother. She loved the main bedroom and we enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Parking was very tight but we managed it! Good to be off the street

The view was amazing, bed was very comfortable, and had everything you need in the kitchen.

Couldn’t fit the car in the garage and found there was sand on the bed and all over the dining and coffee table. Not part of the apartment, but may want to mention to someone about the elevator, we got stuck for a little bit a couple times.

as the photos show, great location and views. so lovely hearing the waves crash and just chilling on the little balcony. great location too for wharf and fresh fish shops. easy walk into town centre.

small point, but any options for a reading lamp/light on right hand size of king bed would be good

The pictures are exactly what the appartment looks like they views are great . More views than you can poke a stick at. The rooms are all nice and fresh looking Windows are lovely and clean Kitchen is really nice Lounges are the small ones 2 seaters There is a BBQ outside on our verandah a small one We didn’t use it but it’s a cool idea.

The bed in the king was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a huge divot on the right side like where someone big has layed. My partner is about 6ft3 and about 120kg and he said he was sleeping in a big cavity in the bed . We drive a ranger and the car parks are not suitable I. Our opinion for medium to large cars . Unless your incredible at reverse parking from the street down the hill into your park and just hope that you don’t scrape your the pillar as I can see some people have rubbed the wall when parking . There is only one park per unit, that’s pretty standard. Just park quick because the fumes from your attempts will fill the car space. The car parks need to be relabelled UNIT 1, unit 2 Don’t get desperate and park anywhere . Lifts are incredibly slow going up and down .

The view of this property is by far the best on the coast! Wow!! And the location is just as awesome especially with children. We could walk out our front door and 50 metres to a beach that was patrolled everyday. Perfect! And we didn’t have a car either there was no need. Everything was walking distance and Uber’s are cheap to get around. If we ever come back to the Sunny Coast we will only look to stay here.

Ensuite bathroom too open... should be screened for privacy reasons.
