The villa was cleaned everyday and pool twice per week. Good location, villa was a wee bit out but a great daily shuttle service that drops you to the beach within 10 min drive. Villas are in a peaceful location and there is onsite laundry that you can hand in and collect next day. The villa has a rooftop to chill and a swimming pool. Staff helpful and have good knowledge of the local area/beaches/restaurants

The indoor seating/lounge area is quite small for 6 people, sofa not large enough for comfy seating. Some areas in the villa need upgrading to make it more lux

Location surrounded by hills. Less busy area. Just perfect for a getaway.

The location is not in the center but there is a shuttle (the owner drives) all day to go and back to the center! The villa is just perfecf!

The property is very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and one kitchen+living room. The pool is in an outdoor right after we entered into the villa. Moreover, there is a jacuzzi (for 2-3ppl) at the rooftop. Beds are all comfy and the size is suitable for 2 people per room. The villa we booked is at the corner of the hotel, so it’s quiet and private. There are free hotel vans for a round trip to Aonang, which is only 10 mins drive from the hotel, but you have to booked it by calling the reception.

The staff we met on the first day is a bit rude. Sometimes I feel like he used sarcasm words when talking to us, especially when we requested something apart from the booking. (ex. I asked for a room to change clothes because we arrived early. He hesitated but then took us to one empty villa. After we finished, he asked us about our luggages and told us not to use the cleaned toilets in that villa. We said sorry, but we had already used it since he did not told us before. His expression then was a bit angry but he said it’s fine and started using some sarcasm when talking.) However, the rest of staffs are nice. The white guy and a lady at the front are very polite and friendly.

The property is quite new and its well furnished with clean rooms. It is secluded from the main areas, so it is very peaceful and relaxing. For families, its highly recommended provided you carry your food as the property doesn't have any restaurants or eating options. The Host was very good and receptive. The shuttle service is quite helpful as you can travel to the beach any time of the day. Kids loved the villa. We preferred the common pool more than the private pool. Since its surrounded with nature from all side, expect some insects/flies.

The general manager was very friendly and accommodating. There were many rooms and beds to accommodate our family of 5. good sized rooms and bathrooms

The pool had too many chemicals, the outside spa had brown water coming out of valves and the smell of the cleaning products inside the villa were too overwhelming.

The manager was great from Check in to leaving. The water was perfect the area was peaceful i will definitely be back.

This villa was a lovely little villa to relax in for a few days. Swimming pool.was cleaned every morning by staff. Rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The balcony on top was very spacious. You are quite a distance from the beach, but they organise free shuttles to the beach so it's not too much of an issue.

I wouldn't rush to order anything from the on-site restaurant. The pizza we had was terrible.

It was well kept and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the food really good.
