Sabemos que disfrutará de nuestros dos dormitorios, dos baños, medio dúplex. Esta casa de canal de aguas profundas con muelle orientado al este está a solo minutos de Vaca Cut y su elección del Golfo o el Océano.
La nueva piscina climatizada cuenta con iluminación de colores y está rodeada de sillones de mimbre y asientos acolchados en el hueco de la conversación.
El recién terminado Lanai de 23'x15 '(no se permiten bichos aquí) tiene cómodas sillas con otomanas y una mesa de comedor octogonal y sillas en madera de teca y eucalipto.
El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado con ducha, televisor de pantalla plana, cama King, despertador, ventilador de techo y secador de pelo.
El segundo dormitorio también ofrece una cama king size, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana adyacente a un baño completo con secador de pelo.
Las áreas de estar / comedor de gran tamaño tienen ventiladores de techo, sofá cama, televisión de pantalla plana, área para comer en el mostrador de 4 asientos, pantalla de privacidad, sofá de dos plazas y sofá grande.
La cocina bien planificada está cargada con todos los utensilios, utensilios de cocina y platos que necesitará. El refrigerador con máquina de hielo, estufa, lavaplatos, horno de microondas, cafetera, licuadora y tostadora están a su alcance.

Clean comfortable duplex with a small but nice pool . Lack of tables or shade by pool was disappointing..we bought an ez up at Home Depot to alleviate the heat ! Bikes would be nice too…had to rent some. Dock barely handled our 23 Ft boat but worked !

Perfect getaway!
Fun in the sun all week while staying in this fabulous duplex featuring our private pool, a dock for our private boat and a quiet neighborhood away from noisy spring breakers! The property manager was very prompt delivering a new sun lounger which was unbelievable! We will definitely return to Key Colony! So impressed with everything!

Keys Vacay!
This was a great little place for 4 adults, convenient for boat to access both the ocean and gulf sides. Disappointed in check-in and check-out times but understand these changes were due to the pandemic. Had a few hiccups with equipment at the property but property manager was VERY responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with the house, everything is new and updated. Very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and sheets. Really loved having the pool right outside the back door! We had lousy weather during most of our stay, so the heated pool made up for it. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Absolutely Amazing and Peaceful
This home comes equipped with everything you need, location, and lots of serenity. It was perfect, the heated pool was so relaxing. They supplied us with a kayak and a fishing pole to get started. We spent a few days fishing. The beds, and bedding was extremely comfortable. The nice sized living room was perfect for movie nights. Excellent time spent here, and definitely going to recommend and do this again next year!

Enjoying the Holiday Season at Shell Yeah!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Shell Yeah during Christmas and New Years this year. At any given time there were 2-4 adults in the home and none of us felt cramped or crowded. Because we were there for 3 full weeks, we really got a feel for the home, the canal, and the neighborhood, and it truly felt like home away from home for the holidays.
The home itself is incredible. Fully furnished with luxury style accommodations really set this place apart from other homes we have stayed in in the area before. Big beds, TV's in every room, and a breezy lanai was just what we needed to relax. A fully stocked kitchen made sure we were able to cook our Christmas dinner with ease, which was very helpful.
The outside was just as dreamy as the inside. We brought our boat with us which docked perfectly right outside, where we were able to come and go as we pleased. We were able to fish off the dock and even saw a Manatee! The pool is a great feature and was well taken care of (proof provided by the fact we witnessed a cleaning company come and maintain it).
Last but not least, all questions we had were answered fully by the owners. There was a folder provided with everything from food and restaurant recommendations to the Wifi password. Everything was covered!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Shell Yeah and made so many memories! We are so glad we found this place on VRBO and we look forward to returning in the future!

We LOVED our stay at Shell Yeah in Key Colony!
The property was perfect for us! The whole unit has been updated and is gorgeous! The bedrooms both have comfy King size beds and plenty of room. We used the kitchen for quick meals and even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at our property! We enjoyed the outside as well. We swam in the pool everyday. We were able to dock our boat right at our property too! You are right around the corner from both the Atlantic and the Gulf and we enjoyed fishing and boating. This property had everything we needed for a great stay in the Keys! I would highly recommend this property and my family plans to stay here again in the future! It is also in a beautiful neighborhood with close restaurants and shopping. 5 stars from us!

nicely appointed recently renovated
property was recently remodeled so very nice. Cost seemed excessive for 2bed 2 bath with pool, rented a 3 bedrrom that slept 8 last year for about 1500 less. perhaps we booked later than we should have. not sure. ac unit in master was super loud light a freight train. beds not comfortable very hard did not feel like a firm mattress maybe just cheap, not sure. overall property met our needs and was very nice for our family.
