El apartamento está amueblado con antigüedades francesas, vintage y piezas modernas. Es luminoso y espacioso.

After six years being away from Perth we felt like we landed back home during our stay.
The apartment is conveniently located next to a world class beach, public transport, and groceries.
The check in and access was easy and well communicated.

This was a wonderful stay. We loved the location and comfort of the apartment.
It would be helpful to have the ironing board replaced as it kept collapsing when being used.

We loved the location, fittings, amenities of this property. However, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, not twin beds, as described in the listing. This made for less comfort for the tall person who was sleeping in that room. The third sleeping space is a fold-out sofa/futon in a small home office area off the living room.

Perfect Cottesloe Apartment for my family. Loved the location to Beach. No car required. Hop step and jump to beach, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway.
Apartment well equipped and well maintained.
I loved mix of antique and modern furnishings. The most outstanding feature in the hot weather is how cool the Apartment stays with excellent aircon throughout.

This property was perfect for us. Our mother needed a place without stairs. She also wanted to be close to the ocean and nice restaurants. These plus our need for a multi bedroom home with parking make the choice to book with Kaye easy.

The accomodation was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious.
Very central location. Beach, shops, restaurants and bus and train station in the immediate vicinity. Clean and spacious. We would return to the apartment on next visit to Perth. We can recommend this accomodation.

Fantastic position!
Excellent position, excellent facilities, great to have condiments, samples of tea and coffee. Five minutes walk to IGA supermarkets 15 minutes walk to Cottesloe station. Best of all five minutes walk to North Cottesloe Beach. Surr is refreshing but not freezing like Melbourne water in September! Two negatives: dishwasher quite temperamental, Wi-Fi poor. That we had no Internet connection, at the price for Number 1 Century Cove, is very disappointing.

Very clean and tidy apartment that fit our requirements perfectly. No issues and the owners were very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent property
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Cottesloe and the apartment was superb in every respect. Convenient for beach, cafes and food stores. Railway station was walking distance from appartment and it was easy to commute to Perth, Fremantle etc... I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 , as we could not get any signal for wifi in appartment.

We stayed at the apartment with our three small kids and it was wonderful! Close to the beach, and lots of great cafes, restaurants close by. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very well appointed.

The accommodation is in the perfect location. Walking distance to a train to the city/Fremantle, ocean views and close to shops, cafes and pubs. There's everything you need inside just bring some clothes and enjoy yourself.

Fantastic apartment!Fifty metres from North Cottlesloe beach, close to shops, spacious living, sea breezes through courtyard, made for an excellent apartment. We were most impressed that the pantry had coffee, (beans and instant) tea, milk, olive oil and the like, which meant we didn't have to race off to the supermarket (IGA just up the road) to make a coffee. Our only disappointment is that wifi was slow, and only accessible from dining room table. Otherwise, all was excellent.
