Very nice house for four independent adults. Short drive to the ski slopes and walkable to multiple good restaurants. Alan was very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, Alan and his house made for a great experience.

If you want to be close to Main Street look no further. This home is cozy and has all the amenities that you will need including a kuerig(didn’t know about this so I wanted to share) the hot tub is very nice and oh so perfect after skiing. If you are a night owl please note you are to be out by 9-10 pm. The master bed was VERY comfortable. No complaints on any of the beds except the one in the lower level, not sure if it was the bed itself or the mattress but the kids moved upstairs because they said that lower bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable. The layout worked ok for us with the one bed/bath/laundry off the garage in the lower level. Kitchen/living/powder room on the next level along with a deck and this is the level for the front of the house and the hot tub. And the upper level has 3 bedrooms including the master. Would have liked a tv in all Bedrooms, not a huge deal but tvs are pretty inexpensive. We invited my parents a few weeks before we can since there was extra room and they wanted to dogsled with us, it was a little rough for my parents (in their 70s) to get up and down all the stairs. They are pretty steep and there are a lot of them. We were so happy that they had the powder room on the main floor for this reason. The fireplace was awesome and cozy. Whomever they hired for the snow removal did a great job keeping up with the snowfall. The property is well kept and I really saw nothing in need of repair. Oh and a huge plus, they must have a great water heater. We all took showers after skiing and all of our showers were nice and hot! All in all we loved this place and would stay here again on our next trip.

This property was perfect for our family for Christmas. The property was located within walking distance to Main Street. The home was very spacious.

House was perfect for my family of 10. Plenty of sleeping options, big table and kitchen and living room with plenty of seating. Check in and check out was easy and the hot tub was great for after skiing. Thanks Alan

We had a great time, spending several nights in the hot tub after long days skiing and snowboarding. Kitchen was well equipped and the property super clean.

Great location, very well stocked, beautiful home and great owner sums up our stay at this property. It made for the perfect place to spend Christmas with our family, including our granddaughter’s 1st Christmas. Highly recommend and definitely plan to stay again when we return.

It was a very nice house in a great location. Only issue we really had was the plowing. We were only plowed once in our 5 day stay. The snow was also piled up on each side of the driveway so it made it a bit difficult to back out of the driveway. Alan was very responsive to my inquiries and also apologized that they didn't plow when they were supposed to.

Enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing at Copper with the family. Alan’s home was spotless and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week in the mountains. The shuttle stop is just a few minutes walk and the private hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend this property.

This is a great house just two blocks from Main Street shops, dining and services right in the middle of Ski Country USA with quick access to Breckenridge, Loveland, A-Basin, Copper Mountain (my favorite) and Keystone. Quick drive to Dillon Reservoir, Silverthorne Outlet Mall, Vail and Beaver Creek makes it ideal for Summer as well. Owners were very responsive and we had a terrific family week.

Excellent place to stay. A warm cozy fireplace in the living room and hut tub on the deck make it a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals and the beds are comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this property to families.

This house makes it easy to relax while on vacation! We enjoyed lounging in the living room, soaking in the hot tub, and preparing and eating family meals in the kitchen & dining room. The living room has comfy couches and a chair with an ottoman and a good sized coffee table that is great for puzzles! The gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy inside on some very cold days. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal and I did prepare every meal except for the one that we got takeout. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (walking distance) with a wide variety of cuisines, but it was COVID while we were there and it was cold so I was happy to stay in. The kitchen has sharp knives, a crock pot and plenty of ice trays to make ice (no ice maker). There is a large island which makes meal prep a breeze and it looks out towards the dining room and living room so you aren't sacrificing together time while cooking!I only slept in one of the beds (upstairs master) and it was very comfortable with adequate bedding to keep me warm during those cold nights. The kids slept downstairs and used the pullout bed in the bedroom on the bottom level. It is not one of the old pullout sofa mattresses, it's a newer plush and comfy one where you don't feel every spring and rod beneath you!The hot tub was perfectly clear and hot the entire week we were there. We used it every day after skiing... and every day that we didn't ski too!We got a few inches of snow one night and the driveway was plowed out the next morning by 8:30. We had one car parked in the garage and one in the driveway that we had to move so they could plow, but it was quick and easy.Alan was super easy to talk to when I talked to him before we arrived and I'm sure if we had any trouble at all he would have resolved it quickly. This was our second year at this property and again it was a very enjoyable stay. The location is close to downtown Frisco – within walking distance and also close to the ski slopes. This house is comfortable and well stocked – we would stay there again.

Great place for a large family. Plenty of room, hot tub, large 2nd level living and kitchen, 2 masters up and bunks. Bunks and more downstairs. Plenty of bathrooms on every level. Literally 8 minutes from copper mountain in charming Frisco. Owners are polite and helpful. Our best trip yet to Colorado.

We were so comfortable in this very homey and comfortable condo. Plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub on the porch was hot and fun! Close to town and the copper ski bus. We cooked most meals in and had plenty of cook wear and lots of spices and amenities we did not have to bring. The kids loved the comfortable couches. We would love to come back!

My family loved this Cozy Mtn Home. Spacious, clean... provided a few extras in the home to make cooking and shopping a little easier. Beds very comfortable. Loved the quaint town of Frisco. Home is convenient to many other ski resorts. Nice hot tub. Owner is very responsive. Home is everything and more...exactly as described! My family loved it, so will you! We’ll be back:)

We loved the house. Worked well for our family get together. Would stay again. Owners very responsive. You will love it - exactly as described. Big bonus I did not fully understand — easy (short 2 block )walk to bus . Bus goes every 1/2 hour directly to Copper where we were skiing. With transfer goes to other ski areas too.

We had a great stay - this home is very comfortable with lots of room for 8-10. The kitchen was well stocked - beds were great! Very convenient to slopes and quick walk to downtown Frisco. Definitely would stay again!

My family of 7 greatly enjoyed our stay! We were in a home away from home. Lots of room for everyone - teenagers to adults and plenty for everyone to do. We are skiers/snowboarders and were able to visit several resorts while we were there for the week. Frisco is very central to great skiing. We enjoyed the town, the Frisco museum, the beautiful views from the back patio. Kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated being able to cook our meals and enjoy our evenings together. We will return as soon as we can!

The house is very comfortable and near Main Street. The owner was quite helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.
