I don't generally write reviews but there were several things that made this stay less than great. First, the key situation was very outdated, this was a minor inconvenience but still unnecessary in 2021 - we had to drive to another location to pick up and drop off a key (for two families we were left only 1) and thought this odd because there was a keypad on the door. Also, we were left literally only 1 trash bag for the entire property (none in bathrooms at all), even in the one provided there was thrown out lasagna and other garbage filling up 1/2 that one trashbag when we arrived, ew. We called and were brought another 2 but had to wait quite sometime for a rep to come across town. Also, there was no propane in the grill and only decaf coffee (we'd brought our own as this happens from time to time in other VRBOs and we're used to it but just wanted to suggest others do the same). The dishwasher rack was broken (still worked overall), the stove and pans were rather dirty (plates, cups and everything else were clean), and there was also a burner on the stove that didn't even heat.
Overall, the location was absolute perfection and the layout really worked for our group (beds were comfy); we also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space but really wish it was cleaner and necessities more readily available.

I would leave a better review but I don’t want to give away our secret. Although, now I’ve shown our cards. This place is unbelievable and perfect if you have a boat and want to have a great time with family and friends. All I ask is that you leave the second weekend in July open for us as it’s become a tradition.

The deck was very relaxing to hang out and enjoy the views There was one super annoying thing, there was NO toilet paper-4 bathrooms each one with less than 1/4 of a roll left and no extras in any cabinet. We had to leave the next morning to buy toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels (also less than half a roll. What the heck?! They had a keruig with some pods but all were decaf, again a little bizarre but more understandable than no TP! . I have stayed at many vacation rentals and never had to go buy toilet paper. I think if they can sort that out we would have given 5 stars all around!

Great Family Get-away!
We took our adult children and grandkids for a weekend at the lake for my 60th birthday celebration! So much fun! Swimming in the lake was great! No wake zone made it safe for paddle boarding and floating! The property managers were SO very helpful! I've never used VRBO or been to this location. They helped at every stage and were very pleasant! The condo was clean and roomy for 7 adults and three children. Lots of sleeping and bathroom space! We had a blast! Totally recommend for families!

Awesome! Make sure the boat lift works before renting the property next time. We rented specifically for the boat slip and lift and were not told not to use the lift until the day we checked in. It worked out and the property was awesome but the lack of the boat lift was an issue.

Location - Location - Location
Had 4 adults and 4 teens for 5 days. Spent more time on the dock/patio than I thought we would because it was so nice. Great views and just the right size. Has 4 bathrooms and plenty of space for every in our group of 8. Hope to have the time to book again in this property.

Lovely Place
The property was very clean and the dock off the back was great. We did some fishing off it and used the grill. The condo was great! This was our first time to Lake LBJ. We didn’t know the city of Horseshoe Bay doesn’t allow boat trailers to be parked anywhere in the residential areas. So we had to leave the boat trailer at the property managers office (she was beyond nice and helpful), due to the marina being closed on Mondays (when we were there). We managed but in the future we will be renting a house on down the lake for a easier time and more room around the property.

Fantastic Getaway!!
The description and pictures do not do this home justice. Great location on the lake. The interior is spacious and very clean. Master bedroom upstairs - with its own balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. The deck off of the family room looks a little small in the pictures - but there was enough space for the 5 of us to hang out on the couches, provided perfect shade in the afternoon, and we would alternate between fishing and floating in the water. Highly recommended!!
