Excellent location to explore Paris from; close to the river & the metro and walking distance from everything else. Apartment is central but removed from the street noise & very secure with 2 layers of entrance security. Aupartment has clearly been renovated: All appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso) are new and in perfect working order. The apartment is VERY spacious. Will definitely recommend this for 2 people who want to spend some time there.

It is very near to the center of Paris, around 5-7 minutes walk to the famous church

There is a scaffolding right in front of the door. Look likes all the surrounding flats are under construction or refurbishment. The boiler worked in a funny way, after 4 showers it will stop giving you hot water. On our first day there, my daughter came in the bathroom to take a bath and had wet her hair then realised there was no hot water so she had to take the shower in cold water. Then we had to contact the owner to call an engineer in then they fixed it in the afternoon. The toilet did not flush after the engineer fixed the shower, so we called the owner again at 10pm and luckily we could get hold of him. He instructed us on WhatsApp how to fix it then it worked. The smell of the room was quite weird when we first came in, maybe because of the new paint inside or outside the building where the construction is

Nice Apartment located on the left bank close to Saint-Michel and Notre-Dame. We had a great time spending a week in that area of paris all stores and restaurant are nearby. Host was responsive when we had question. Would definitely go back

We loved our stay here! The apartment is newly renovated and everything is brand new, the location is amazing (you can see Notre Dame when you walk out the door), and Julien was a wonderful host. Even the cleaner was lovely, who we saw when we came to get our luggage and we could see how thoroughly he was cleaning everything. Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely perfect for a short trip to central Paris. The cost is very reasonable, given the size and quality of the accommodation, and the fixtures and fittings in the apartment itself were largely excellent.

There was a very small issue with the front door code and lock system failing while we were there, although we were able to speak to the person responsible who helped us resolve the problem without us being locked out. Another very minor improvement suggestion would be to have some instructions on how to use some of the appliances in the flat, in particular the TV (which we eventually worked out) and the oven (which we didn't!)

The flat is located in a very strategic aerea, close to the principal monuments of Paris. it's fully equiped and suitable for families. I recomend it for all kind of visitors.

Great joy staying in Paris in this apartment. Spacey and obviously recently renovated with comfortable beds and very new. Kitchen is well equipped and apartment very clean. Ground floor with easy access and great location in the heart of the Paris with easy connections to metro lines. Great host, thank you Julien for the hospitality. My family enjoyed every moment.
