We loved the location and how easy it was to walk to local attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at Olive Gate. The home was cozy with everything we needed. The front porch and front yard are picturesque and the backyard is fabulous. We spent many evenings out there sitting around a fire and playing cards. It’s situated just blocks from the main downtown area with lots of restaurants, bars and wine tasting. We will definitely be interested in staying here again in the future.

Ladies weekend in Paso. Such great easy walk to downtown for some wonderful meals and shopping. Close to wineries and Tin City too. The management company was easy to work with. The electronic check-in and check-out board was convenient. Definitely a find!

We loved our stay! My only one wish was to have had a washer and dryer! Outside of this wish; it was a perfect experience.

Just as listed, very clean, well stocked kitchen, back yard is very nice but we caught a rainy weekend but it looks great for hanging on a spring/summer/fall night. Convenient to downtown park/ coffee/eateries. Queen beds were nicely made and firm. Bedroom one and three a little tiny bit over all this house was super cute and comfortable.

Property was just as described, very close to downtown and walkable and check-in was easy! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Olive Gate for a long weekend. We have two dogs and are always looking for rentals with fenced in yards and places to relax and socialize outside. Olive Gate had beautiful front and back yards completely fenced in and quite a few areas to mingle outside. The location was great and in walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants downtown. The house was clean, well decorated, and even though the house is older it had modern furniture and appliances. One item to note is that the largest beds are Queen sized which was a tight squeeze for us and the dogs. Overall we had a great stay!

Marvelous house for our stay in Paso Robles. Do be aware that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are up a flights of very steep stairs. This place is set up to make your stay very comfortable.

We had our daughter sleep on the pullout couch due to the temperature. She said it was pretty comfy. We would definitely stay at the guest house again! Our recent stay at the Olive Gate Guest House was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charming and well-maintained property. It provided everything we needed for a memorable and comfortable vacation. We can’t recommend it highly enough! First and foremost, the outdoor living space was a dream come true. The ample space, complete with a fire pit and BBQ, made our evenings cozy and enjoyable. Another highlight of the yard was that it was fully fenced and secure for our furry companions. Our dog had a blast exploring the space, and we had peace of mind knowing he was safe. The location of the property was another standout feature. Being within walking distance to downtown Paso was incredibly convenient. We enjoyed strolling through the charming streets, exploring local shops, and soaking up the scenery of the park. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the VRBO were impressive. The property was spotless, and it was obvious that the owners take pride in providing a wonderful guest experience. Our party of four used two of the three bedrooms, which both had queen beds, one upstairs and one downstairs. The third available bedroom upstairs had two twin beds. (As others reviews have mentioned, the stairs are steeper than normal, which was not a problem for us, but my elderly parents wouldn’t have been able to take the bedroom upstairs.) The kitchen was well-appointed, with all of the dishes and utensils we needed to cook meals
