Close to road so lots of road noise. It's a little run down.

Ppl live there at the hotel. Someone tried to get in early in the morning on us. We had to go to about 5 different rooms before a key actually worked. I wouldn't recommend if you want good sleep. People up and hanging out all night.

front desk had breakfast from 6am-10am, yet the very unpleasant breakfast attendant was shutting everything down like at 830-9, all the bread and muffins were stale, the cereal was stale, nothing was refilled. she was extremely rude to several guest, and was standing around complaint about how tired she was. was the worst breakfast experience we have ever had staying at a quality. the front office staff was not very welcoming both upon check in and check out. The pool and spa were terrible dirty, the building was outdated and looked to be needing a lot of repairs.

Hotel sold our room, we had nowhere to stay after driving 2 hours from home for our daughter's participation in Louisiana high school state literary rally! Took over an hour to find a room. No refund has been issued!

I am vegan and whole food plant based .and there was nothing I could eat except the fruit. The staff were very friendly.

The night watchman could have shut the party down next to us that went til 5:00 in the morning. We could not sleep they were so loud and it was a big group. Appeared to be a drug party by the sounds and unfortunately there were a couple of young children there.

Liked that it was quite close to Baton Rouge Down town, has gas stations, sex shop, smoke shop, all across the street. Pretty Cheap room.

Definitly a "motel" vibe to it, the hotel numbers are confusing as they skip in a weird way, ended up having to walk around with my luggage on the second floor looking for the room, there was a lil roach in the room, the top dead bolt was busted and no longer attached. When we arrived they didn't have our reserved double queen room, was placed in a king sized bed room.

Very run down, key didn't work. No lights or electricity in the room, took half hr to fix, no heater... Drive past this motel... Really gives Quality a bad name

The breakfast was minimal, but good. The waffles I made were delicious. Thanks to the wonderful employee who showed me how to use the waffle iron. Also, thanks to friendly professional front desk employee for holding my room because I couldn't check in until 7pm.

Although the room was very clean and smelled pleasant, I did see about 4 roaches.

I went to the front desk before check out time to extend my stay. They told me I could not, that I had to go. The lady said the property was over booked so multiple people including myself had to pack our things and leave. She gave me one hour to do so. The police showed up on property soon after and started putting people out of their rooms. When all was said and done, I believe they made 25 different people do the same thing. A very poor way to treat paying customers.
