The staff was pretty cool.

The location was bad. There were holes in the walls. I laid down and roaches started coming out from different places. I asked for a refund but was not granted one.

I’m sorry but I didn’t like anything about the property at all.

Honestly this was the first bad experience I had with booking, the place was very nasty with roaches, bugs, and nats. There was no towels at all, there was barely any toilet paper with no extras at all, the toilet, sink, and fridge where stained as well with roaches. There was also no soap or anything a hotel normally has. I already called and sent pictures through email. Also the office was closed with nobody in it up until the afternoon and the lady was quite rude and didn’t have any customer service skills at all.

I like the fact that the water was hot, and it was a suite with microwave and stove available. I was/highway facing the interstate. This was easy access to my meeting. Location excellent to gas, restaurants, and dollar stores.

I did not like the frig seal when you open was loose and molded when I pulled to open and use. Frig was clean, but that was unacceptable. It was a rusted old frig. In the bathroom, two hairs in the tub and the open roll of toilet paper had water mold on it. There was no trash can in this room at all or bags. I used a grocery bag I brought for trash. The bedroom spread had blue dye/spots on it. I had two pillows and no pillowcases. Last no remote control for the TV.

I didn’t like anything it was like a nightmare… crackheads…pimps…. Whores…. And Drug dealers…..

The drugs… whores…. Pimps…. And the staff was horrible…I know y’all can do better….

The exterior looked new, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the AC worked great.

No towel in room, burnt stained counter, rust all down the side of the fridge, and no coffee maker.

Good price. Great location

They do not accept reservations through Booking. The staff was awful to us. They didn't help with any issues. We could not enter the room because the key did not work and the staff did not want to help us. In the end, we canceled the booking
