We had an amazing trip despite the storms from the hurricane! Our host was on top of helping us find things to do during our stay and responded promptly when we had a question! The condo was right on the beach and so easy to navigate. The pools were great and the tiki bar and cafe were awesome just wish the food was available a little later in the day !! Overall we have nothing but great things to say about Laura and her condo! 10/10 will stay here again!!

My partner and I stayed here for about a week around Labor Day. The condo was gorgeous with incredible views. We loved sitting out on the balcony and having coffee and breakfast each morning (even occasionally dolphin watching)! The host, Laura was incredibly communicative which made the check in and out process so easy. We will definitely be back again!

First off Laura was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that we got checked in with no issues and that the property was to our liking. The property was everything we expected and so much more!! The views are absolutely STUNNING and the property is conveniently located in the middle of everything, it took us no longer than about 10min to get to any of our destinations. If you’re heading to Destin, this is where you want to stay!!!

We loved our stay here. We had our 10 month old and 9 year old it was a great stay and in a convenient location. Everything was nice and clean and check in was super easy. 10/10 will be staying here next summer again.

Great vaca spot! Unit was clean and resort had everything that was promised. Multiple pools, beach access, area full of activities and restaraunts, etc. Would highly recommend!!!

Over all the stay was great!! Nothing to complain about. However the check in process was a nightmare. It was our honeymoon and we’re under 25. I wasn’t aware we needed a copy of our marriage license. Showed up to check in and was basically denied due to the fact we were under 25 (even tho I turn 25 on Aug. 30th). I explain that this was our honeymoon then they asked for our marriage licenses which we did not have. I had to massage the officiant and get him to send a picture. And we were finally able to check in.

Condo was clean, and property manager was easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Property had great amenities for adults and small children, and being able to rent beach chairs ahead of time allowed us to not be in any hurry on getting down to the beach each day. Hope to stay here again!

Check in was seamless and even called when the condo was ready instead of having to wait until normal check in hours. The view from the balcony was amazing and the rooms were very clean and smelled great! Everything is within a 10 minute walk if traffic is bad which it was a holiday weekend when we stayed. Laura the property owner was very kind and reached out to us often to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve always wanted to go to Destin Beach. We were unable to do our month in Florida at a different location this year. So we booked a week late in April and Destin. Sand is beautiful. The water was clear and very enjoyable, although a little cool. The weather was great all week with sunshine and blue sky. The location was excellent, and our host was very good about getting in touch with us to make sure everything was going OK. We would love to return here.

Everything about the stay was perfect. Owner was available and communicative. Everything was as promised. Location could not have been better. Walk out the condo directly onto the beach. View of the Ocean was amazing. Restaurants and anything you would need was in very close proximity. Condo had everything you could want. Highly recommend.

This was our first time coming to Destin and this place was nothing short of amazing! The location is great, the staff was wonderful and the host even checked in with us during our stay! We got home today and are already talking about coming back!

Cute little condo with a great beach view! It’s in a very convenient location in Destin with a lot to do nearby when you finish at the beach. Our kids loved the pools, hot tubs and tiki hut for snacks and drinks. The pulled pork nachos are great!! The big downfall is that there is no washer or dryer in this condo. We somehow missed this detail when booking so that’s on us- we have just never stayed in one without a washer and dryer and it makes a big difference when traveling with young kids! Otherwise, great stay!

This was our first time to Destin and won’t be the last. We had the best time here. The condo was great with amazing views of the ocean. We witnessed some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The location is perfect, with a lot of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Laura was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided me with a list of things to do in Destin. We did a dolphin cruise through AJ’s and ate at Boshamps several times. Our boys loved having immediate access to the beach and then being able to hop into the heated pool. This trip not be forgotten and we look forward to coming back. This condo was perfect for our family of 4.

We had an amazing family vacation with our two young kids 7 & 5 - the bunk beds were perfect for them - the location was amazing and the resort had everything we need plus more! The owners are wonderful hosts and the condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean, with beautiful ocean views and conveniently located in Destin with several pools and private beach access! You cannot beat this stay! We will be back very soon.

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway this September to choose to stay at Laura’s place at Pelican Beach Resort. We had a fantastic time and very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated and clean, with everything we need for our stay. They even had some beach chairs to use, if you didn’t want to use the beach service or wanted to be on the beach later than the beach service stayed open.
Great location as we walked to several restaurants on the beach and in town. Grocery store is right across the street and very walkable.
The beach are perfect along this whole stretch and you won’t be disappointed. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular on the balcony.
We both had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

I booked this condo for my husband and I’s honeymoon this September and Laura far exceeded all expectations we had! She was very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns I had! Condo was 10/10 spotless and absolutely beautiful! We could not have chose a more perfect place to stay. My wife and i decided to get away for a week somewhat last minute for my 50th birthday, and we caould not have found a better place to stay!!! It was perfect... very nice,clean,excelent views and Laura was Fantastic... she recomended the renting of the beach chairs in advance and we took full advantage of it.... We have stayed at The Pelican Beach Resort 3 times, and this particular condo has been the best one yet!! Very Clean, with updated appliances and decor (No Carpet idk why but carpet at the beach gives me the Ickies ) Laura, the property owner was soo super sweet, easy to talk to and accommodating!! Pelican Beach is our favorite location and condo 1005 has an amazing beach front view of the gulf (Ocean) and one of the many pools on property!!! We bought extra beach chairs and boogie boards that we left behind in the storage closet, for the next family to use and we hope everyone pays it forward for as long as they can hold up against the sand Can’t wait to book again for next year!

We had a great experience at this property! We’ve never rented a condo for a vacation before so we were a little unsure about how we would like it. We loved being on the ocean and having access to pools and a fitness center.

This property was perfect and just as the pictures show. The owner was amazing and accommodating. Check in and out was simple. Waking up to the beach view every morning and reading to the sound of waves before bed on the balcony made our vacation perfect. Merlin's pizza is amazing btw! Beats any pizza near where we live times 10.

Laura was such an amazing host! This was our first time to Destin and the condo was the best! The condo was so nice and clean and the views of the ocean were amazing. Laura even checked on us during our vacation just to make sure things were going well! Can’t wait to stay again in the future and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
