The Northwoods Vacation Home está aislada en 30 acres de bosque con 900 pies de orilla del lago. We absolutely loved our stay at the property. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned, and the pool table was a great amenity. However, after a few hours of checking in, we were surprised by a BAT that flew out of the Master bedroom into the living room area. We were luckily able to get rid of the bat without anyone being harmed but I would highly recommend the place be thoroughly checked after every checkout. Aside from this encounter, we would rent again!

Beautiful, clean property. Great space for a group of people. Beautiful area. Long table for group meals and cards and games. Pool table was a hit. Would love to visit in summer too!

Enjoyed the 7 bedrooms giving everyone a little time to themselves. Dining and living rooms large enough for cards and games for everyone. The pool table was a big hit, having pool tournaments.
The 2 fridges were a nice thing in the kitchen, having enough room for all the food.

The house was everything we expected. Our family came for a relaxing time post-Christmas and we were not disappointed. It even snowed a little to make a fairyland in the forest while we were there (although we doubt that our hostess had anything to do with the snow). The well-funished kitchen, the pool table, the quiet location, etc., all helped make this a nice experience.

Great retreat spot close to the Twin Cities. For our family of 14 it worked well. The surroundings were beautiful with perfect fall colors and weather. The kitchen and family areas were all perfect for gathering together. The online description and pictures were accurate and the hosts were readily responsive to any questions.

We had a perfect stay! Loved the privacy of the house and wooded area. The kids caught some nice fish off the dock and we enjoyed yard games in the backyard.

Location and space worked well for our family with relatives, 17 all together. Very private space and owners were responsive to a few minor issues- internet and plumbing. Plenty of cookware that is in excellent shape. Bring all seasonings and oils for cooking. It was an excellent week and very relaxing. I would recommend to others!

We have stayed here twice, bringing together 4 busy families for a weekend of board games, food and many laughs. The amount of space and the layout is great for everyone to gather or to split up. It’s an easy drive to/from the Twin Cities too.

We had a wonderful weekend with family from Texas, California, Arizona, and Missouri. Beautiful home everything that we needed. Some of the family members bucket list was to ice fish. We had no such luck fishing. Only one fish caught out of three days, but we made lots of memories and had lots of laughs. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

The place was perfect for our family gathering. Loved the large kitchen with all the seating. The hosts was very helpful and an excellent communicator ensuring we had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. She even dropped off a cue ball when I emailed her to let her know one was missing. Super flexible with check in and out as well. Definitely a great place to stay for a large crowd!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The house was secluded and on a lovely piece of property. There was ample parking spaces and two cars were able to go in the garage. The double sided fireplace provided nice warmth on the main level and felt cozy. The water was hot and the dining room table was perfect for sliding I. And out of the Benches on both sides.

Had a lovely stay with 4 generations of family members. The property was beautiful with lots of indoor space where we could all be together. We were there the 1st weekend in October and were hoping to do some fishing but the dock and boats were already put away.

7 of us 40 somethings stayed here for a long weekend and we most definitely enjoyed our stay. The property is very private and has lots of space to relax and hang out. We loved the fire pit and liked that there was amble seating in the living room for us all gather. Thank you!

Family Getaway/Reunion
The house and area are fabulous! The house pictures do not capture how beautiful and well maintained the property is. There is plenty of privacy and lots of yard space for outdoor games. We had a marriage vow renewal ceremony on the lawn in a wooded area of the yard. It was just lovely ! The house is big, beautiful with plenty of room for us to gather and also have time apart. It is an incredible place! We enjoyed our week here very much!

Better than expected
We had a fabulous time! This house is on a beautiful piece of very private property with easy lake access. the lake is small but very clean and connected to a bit larger lake. The house was well stocked with the basics, very clean and the owners are super attentive to anything you may need.

Christmas Weekend
This was a perfect spot for our Xmas celebration! We had 15 people here and this place is in a great location and the house has large size rooms for alot of space. Wide variety of kitchen utensils and pans, dishes, etc. We would highly recommend this home for your whatever you need. The owner was very accomadating. Beautiful weekend!

Spacious and private
We stayed here for our annual family reunion. The place was spacious, private and had a lot of outdoor space for the kids to run around. Loved the bonfire and easy access to the lake. The kitchen was large enough for a lot of bodies to move around and the two fridge was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place
We loved this property for our family of 14. We could spread out and the two refrigerators in the kitchen was a real bonus! We enjoyed the lake, nice yard and the privacy.

Great, remote location
We had a great time at the Northwoods cabin. The staff at Camp Holiday Resort were very friendly and accommodating. The house worked beautifully for me and my sisters families. Ample space , great kitchen with everything we needed and an awesome clean lake. A couple suggestions I have for the owners- maybe clear some of the trees to give a better view of the lake from the house and the wifi was useless (which was fine for most of us as we were looking to escape technology, but one of the brother-in-laws had to send a couple work emails and ended up having to go into town). Otherwise, great place and hoping to come back soon!

Great get together
Had a great time here with friends! Enjoyed our stay. We got to fish, swim, and grill! It was spacious for our big group and just enough rooms for the whole group. The owners were great and communicated well with us. We also rented a potoon as well and got tk explore the lake. Would definitely come back again.

Pleasant stay
We had a fairly large group here and the stay was awesome. It was clean and there was adequate space for all of us! Very open communication and an easy check in/out process. The whole reservation was very relaxed and went smoothly.
