We had a really nice summer weekend away. The idea was to make memories and we did. The townhouse was good space for 3 adults and a 4 year old. Place was clean and well appointed with cookware, bathroom acessories and toys for outside play and the pool. The hook and ring toss game on the screen porch was a hit with everyone but especially the little guy. Great list provided for grocery shopping, dining out and local things to do both on and off property. We went to Lil Stix’s Mini Golf Course, which was a pretty new attraction with challenging holes and nice water features. Spent a day at the pool which has a lot of room at the shallow end to play with a non swimmer. Getting strawberry daiquiris from the outdoor bar was really fun. Overall a comfy, cozy, relaxing weekend away. A fun thing is that the townhouse has a connection with some well know midwest artists and has their art on the walls.

The price was super high compared to other units That was disappointing compared to what others in my group paid for their comparable units.

The property views of the lake and the screen in back porch were the best! So many things to do around the area. We even went horseback riding one day. Thanks to the help of the host finding us a place with horseback riding. I would give this place 10 stars the host is amazing!! Beautiful trip!!!

The property was exactly as advertised. On top of that the communication with the host couldn't have been better. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us during and even after our stay.

My wife and I were very pleased with this condo unit. We have never been to a rental that has been fully stocked with everything you need. This is because Dorothy is opening up her home to guests. The outdoor patio is so nice to sit and look at the lake with no worries of bugs. We enjoyed it out there even as the temps were in the 90’s. The pool, clubhouse restaurant and bar were all great. Food was exceptional for a golf course restaurant and not expensive. Dorothy had games to play so we did a little scrabble. The bed was very comfy and everything was so very clean. You will be pleased with this rental. Location couldn’t be better being so close to the lake! Thank you.

We rented the 328 place for two nights. Had a wonderful stay.. nice clean townhome - exactly as described. Awesome view of the lake Mille lacs from the bedroom upstairs as well as from the screen porch downstairs. Lots of dishes and stuff to make good use of the kitchen. Would recommend it to anyone.

This property is one of the nicest we have ever rented. The kitchen was extremely well supplied with cooking wares, dishes, glassware, etc. Of course, being right on the lakeshore was an added benefit...beautiful sunsets over the lake! All in all, this rental was immaculate and obviously showed owner pride. A very relaxing stay!

Lakeside getaway
This property was just as described! Clean, cozy, spacious, with all the touches of home. It was a great place for a moms weekend away, with the lake providing the perfect backdrop. Even though it’s an attached townhome, we never heard the other tenants; we felt secluded with conveniences. The resort restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and fun. We had a wonderful time!

Cozy and Clean
Our weekend weather was rather cool. We were at Izaty's for a wedding and this beach villa was a two minute walk from the wedding site. Izaty's rents out some beach villas and townhomes, but after looking at the pictures, I decided this beach villa had more updates. We cooked a meal in the kitchen and lit a fire in the fireplace. Having a bathroom on the main floor and in each of the upstairs bedrooms was convenient. We loved having all the firewood provided, so were able to use the fire ring next to the lake. The screened in porch was nicer than all the glassed in porches on other units and it was very clean. The only minor complaints were one flat pillow in the twin room and the curtains didn't completely cover the window in the living room. We felt really comfortable here and highly recommend it.

Great location, warm and friendly owner
Thanks to Dorothy for a wonderful stay late in the season. Everything was clean, well laid out. The resort was fun to visit, just fishing off the dock is one of the many pleasures the family ended daily.

Gorgeous lakefront getaway
Comfortable, clean, cute interior design details ... perfect for our family of three. Just steps away from Mille Lacs, fire pits, the pool, Izaty’s restaurant. A short drive from two state parks, jet ski & paddle board rentals. Overall a fabulous getaway ... we can hardly wait to return!

Nice quick get away
The property was clean and well maintained, but not updated much at all. The resort pool was a nice option. The porch and upstairs deck could have used a power wash and some updated furniture, but overall it worked well for our family.

Simply Superb
Our stay was perfect. Beautiful weather, outstanding property, with a perfect view of the lake, from both the master bedroom and the living room. Dorothy was very easy to communicate with during our stay! We plan to return next summer, for sure!

Family vacation
We had five of our grown children and their families for vacation. (23 of us)This was one of our three townhouses we rented and it was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Will rent again.

Clean property with everything needed for family vacation. We enjoyed kayaking, grilling, bonfires with s’mores, and playing in the lake. I highly recommend this property. This was our second time staying here and we love it! Will be back again soon!
