We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at Casa Maria Elena!! From the moment we walked into this amazing Villa, we were all enamored with the beauty of this lovely property! It was definitely beyond our expectations! The rooms were stunning and you cannot beat the location right on the beach! Upon our arrival, we met the wonderful staff! Eric the property manager welcomed us with open arms! Throughout our stay he went out of his way to make sure that every one of our needs were met! Mirella, prepared amazing meals! Breakfast lunch and dinner were so good that we opted to have her make all three meals on almost every day. Alma kept the house spotless and even did our laundry daily! We were treated just like family! We cannot stop talking about our wonderful stay at Casa Maria Elena!

The surprise you have when you walk in the door to this marvelous house and the breathtaking views, this was the start of our 7 day vacation at Casa María Elena. We traveled as 3 couples and had 3 master suites each of which had a unique feel and equally gorgeous views. Eric paid attention to all the details from transportation, having food and drinks prepared for our arrival and all the adventures for the days of our vacation. The house is kept by Mirella and Alma, two wonderful women who pampered us during our stay. Mirella cooked delicious breakfast and lunches for us and Alma made sure all our clothes came home washed and folded. Wow!!!!! Before I forget mention we saw whales everyday of our stay! Casa María Elena will be a yearly retreat!

The home and the location were amazing! Walking distance to town, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beach just steps from the door. Spent our mornings on the patio drinking coffee and watching the city come to life. The evening sunsets were breath taking from the home. Whale watching from the patio turned out to be a show of a lifetime!

My Fiancé and another couple stayed here for 4 days. We had an amazing time from the moment we got off the plane to the time we left Eric and all the stay took amazing care of us. When my friend let Eric know that he was going to propose the first night we were there, Eric coordinated a beautiful dinner, decorations and even had a big firework show once the question was popped. We had everything we needed the whole time. The food was delicious and was popular with everyone. The place was kept clean at all times for us and there was always someone asking if we'd like another margarita :) We highly recommend Casa Maria Elena and we will likely return in the future!

The perfect beachfront property. Everything about the house is perfect, it's spacious, well kept, clean and tastefully decorated. The pictures don't do the house justice at all. Great location right on the beach but still private and really close to town. The staff was amazing. They prepared us breakfast and lunch everyday. Cleaned the entire house top to bottom daily and washed all of our dirty laundry each day and put it back in our rooms folded. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you want and need. You won't find a better place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

An unbeatable location, with really friendly and helpful staff. Did breakfast and a couple of dinners at the house; excellent food and drinks. Getting into town is walkable, although a bit arduous, and the small beach overlooked by the house is right outside the door. Great spot with great hospitality.

Just returned from an amazing week at Casa Maria Elena. It was our first visit to this incredible property but will not be our last. The pictures of the home and surroundings do not do it justice. There is simply no way to describe the feeling you get the first time you step through the door and see the expansive ocean view. And while the house itself is amazing, it's complimented by our new extended family. The team onsite constantly went out of their way to ensure every moment of our visit was nothing short of exceptional. There's literally nothing I'd change about this trip, except perhaps extending it by a few more days. Casa Maria Elena is an amazing property with an outstanding team and an incredible location. You cannot go wrong here. We'll be back.

Casa Maria Elena exceeded all expectations. The photos online are beautiful, but when you arrive and see the home in person it is even better. The furnishings, accommodations, indoor outdoor living- everything, it was all perfection. We had the best time exploring the city and surrounding areas, we felt safe and comfortable everywhere we went. Coming back to the house felt like coming home each day. Eric and the staff, like all other reviews exclaim- were amazing. They were so friendly, warm, and genuine. The meals were incredible, the service excellent. Their advice about the city was invaluable. We found that Uber was super fast and easy, getting rides to all our destinations from the house, and then returning was simple, reliable, and safe. Everything about the location of the property was just perfect. We had the best time. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend.

This had to be one of the best properties I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel. The service was absolutely incredible. The property was impeccable and the staff made our experience one that will never be forgotten. Eric was a pleasure to be around and made each day of our trip perfect. I have no words for the food that was prepared daily and the attention to detail that went into the daily cleaning brought me absolute joy!!! It’s not Often you find a property that has everything your looking for and amazing service to go along with it. We can’t wait to come back and we would Most definitely stay here again!!!!!

The view from the home was incredible and it was an easy 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta. The beach a step away from the property is very nice and when it got a little crowded it was great to enjoy the infinity pool. All the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views. I really couldn't have picked a better place for my girlfriend and me to stay. On the last 2 days of our stay my 2 friends joined us and they were also stunned by how picture perfect this home was. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The meals we ate at the home may have been the best meals of our trip. Thank you so much!

As others have said, the property is as described and even better than the pictures. My son, his partner, myself and a dear friend spent 5 nights at this villa and cannot say enough about Alma, Mirella and Eric. Every request was granted: meals times, desired food, snacks for the villa, batches of margaritas put in refrig for later, etc. A couple of picky sleepers could not believe how well they slept in the wonderful beds while being rocked to sleep with the crashing waves. Had a few showers, lightening and thunder but nothing that lasted long. We rarely went to town because nothing could compare to our property. Just enjoyed the pool and ocean! Cannot say enough about Mirella’s cooking (saw Alma helping at times), she’s a master. The staff made us feel like family. It is my wish to come back to this property again and I have recommended it to several friends and family.

Casa Maria Elena, along with Eric, Mariella and Alma, exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was beautiful, the views were stunning and the food and service were amazing. They even presented my husband and I with a special anniversary cake. It was a memorable week for the whole family. We cannot wait to return!

Look no further! We just returned from a week long stay at Casa Maria Elena and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. A group of 6 friends traveled for a 50th birthday celebration. Eric and staff literally took care of every detail for us. We can't speak highly enough about the level of service Eric and his team provided. From stocking the house with our groceries, picking us up from the airport, arranging our COVID testing, cooking, cleaning, daily laundry service, setting up birthday decorations, getting a cake, literally no detail was spared! The house was amazing! The views were spectacular as you are directly on the ocean. We watched dolphins and whales each day from the pool and patio. Each bedroom has a private ensuite and incredible ocean views. We would go to sleep each night with the retractable doors wide open to hear the waves crashing on the beach! If you are looking for luxury and extremely attentive service, this is your place! We will be back.

As everyone else has said, this property is wonderful. The photos do not even do it justice. The pool is the perfect temperature, the bedrooms are spacious, the views are incredible, and the indoor and outdoor lounge areas are great. The staff are incredible and made our stay extra special.

We are long time PV traveler's (owners @ ICON) looking to mix it up a little. We discovered this home on a morning walk and I was fortune enough to rent it for this weekend for 3 couples/friends. The home and location were perfect in every way, Eric and his team were "amazing in every way" Thank you!

Phenomenal place to relax and take it the beach, pool and weather. Eric, Mirella and Alma took fabulous care of us. Great meals, cleaned house, transpiration to/from airport, helped with laundry and places to go. Bought groceries we wanted and set up jet skis and paddle boards. Weather was a overly hot and humid (October) and house only has AC in bedrooms but otherwise an incredible stay.

There are lots of beautiful, beachfront VRBO homes but the service at Casa Maria Elena sets this house apart. First, home is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are large, they all have beautiful bathrooms and spectacular views. Every room has accordion doors that allow for an open-air experience. We slept well hearing the waves crashing outside all night long and the ice-cold AC. The beds and linens are super comfortable. Ultimately, the staff was what made our trip so memorable. Eric was in contact with us prior to our arrival and had margarita supplies and groceries ready to go when we arrived. So easy! We paid to have dinner prepared the first night we arrived, which was a great call. It allowed us to get settled and enjoy the beautiful sunset and a relaxing dinner versus getting out and having to find something on our own. Mariella fixed us breakfast every morning and it was amazing. We loved sitting at the table outside and listening to the waves crash as we drank fresh juice and coffee. On the days we stayed near the house, she also prepared lunch. Her shrimp ceviche and Mahi-Mahi fish tacos were a crowd favorite. On the day we hikes, she packed up a lunch for us to take with us. Amazing!Mariella and Alma kept the house spotless daily. They even washed and folded our laundry every day, which was incredible. This may be our first trip where we arrive home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! The house was completely immaculate. Eric was a fantastic resource for us. He grew up in the area and speaks perfect English. We had a couple of planned excursions, but on the other days, Eric helped us find hiking trails and beaches based on our preference of getting away from the crowds. BTW: Rhythm of the Night is a must. It’s a late night though so I would recommend doing it the night before you leave. We got back to our house around 1:00am. We had an amazing experience and would love to return. I know there are literally hundreds of PV homes in this price range. Book this one, you won’t be disappointed. It’s the real deal. First class all around.

The house itself is beautifully maintained, and the views were unreal. With Eric, Mirella and Alma there to make sure everything we needed (or wanted!) was taken care of, our experience was as close to perfect as it gets. Beautiful property..the owners should be very proud of this home. Appointed with no expense spared ..high quality and thoughts through out.

This house did not disappoint! Stunning setting with sweeping ocean views, it is one of the only free-standing houses with no house on its immediate left or right, and exactly on the beach, a 15 minute walk along the coast to the old section of PV. Mirella is a fantastic chef and her breakfast and lunches were yummy (for an extra fee she will make you dinner too, which we took her up on a couple of times), as were her and Alma's smiles and friendly welcoming. The house, while slightly smaller than the pictures, is filled with beautiful art and sculptures and fine finishes. The AC works really well to cool down the bedrooms at night. The pool is warm and inviting and for the time of year we were there, was covered all day in sunshine. The beach in front of the house is public, and so if you want absolute privacy and quiet, this may be an issue - but we liked feeling a part of the scene. When we couldn't watch the soccer finals on the house TV, Erik took my husband and son to a local bar to watch it and he also arranged for a doctor to come to the house to do our COVID tests, which was great. Be sure to think of every grocery item you might need and stock up the first time, because Erik charges $25 to go the store each time, which can add up if you forget things or run out! Overall, you will not be disappointed with this house or with Mirella, Alma and Erik - we would definitely go again!

Our time away was fantastic! The house is beautiful and the staff are excellent. Eric and Mirella were very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We will certainly be back! If you need a place to relax and recharge this is it. You won’t be disappointed.
