Nuestra unidad de 6º PISO Watercrest es FRENTE A LA PLAYA ubicada en el centro del edificio y tiene una hermosa vista de la piscina, así como del maravilloso golfo frente al mar, vistas a la playa. No todas las unidades de Watercrest tienen vista a la piscina, la nuestra sí. También tiene una vista directa sin obstáculos del frente del golfo de la playa desde la cocina, el estudio y dos de las habitaciones.
¡No tendrá que esperar mucho por los ascensores! Los pisos 1-6 tienen sus propios ascensores además de los ascensores principales que dan servicio a todos los pisos. ¡Te encantará esto!
Esta unidad es de 1440 pies cuadrados! La cocina está muy bien equipada con ollas, sartenes, utensilios, utensilios de plástico nuevos, etc. Nuestra nueva nevera tiene una máquina de hielo. Great location, great views and great condo! We were here for the USFA World Series for Softball so location was great. Loved that there was no parking garage actually, made it pretty simple. Elevators were never a problem although the elevator for floors 1-6 didn’t work while we were there but it was ok. I love this condo and I would def stay here again! My only small complaint was none of us liked the trash compactor but that’s personal preference, we just didn’t like opening and closing the door every time! Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, lots of room. Great place!!

ABSOLUTELY loved this place the moment we stepped in. THE VIEWS!!!!!! We had a great spring break mom and kids getaway. We had everything we needed. Lots of beds, great kitchen with new appliances. SUPER CLEAN. Pool was fantastic. We had 1 little incident the morning after we arrived and our Host came over immediately to fix it. I have so many great things to say and no complaints. Really appreciated the binder with all the helpful tips. I would love to stay here again. Such a nice place, felt like paradise. Thank you!!!

This is a wonderful condo. Excellent location in quiet portion of beach. Not a busy beach so plenty of shells to find! Close to gorgeous St. Andrew State Park where we did my daughter’s senior pics! Felt very safe in the condo area and neighborhood area. Security visible at all times. No big parking garages to hassle with! Elevators never bogged down and always very short wait! Great restaurants in the area! Excellent communication with owner! Would rent again!!

Relaxing
This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TV’s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

Family Trip
We had a wonderful week at this 6th floor unit. The 3BR 3BA was perfect for our family of 8, ages 68 to 2. I was Very Pleased when we arrived to a very clean unit. ( I am that Grandma who always carries her own mop and bottle of Pine-Sol) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped to meet our needs. Nice size balcony with plenty of seating. The elevators in the complex were fast. The entire complex was well maintained. Easy access to the beach.

Stayed at this location with a group of 6 people. Condo was large enough to be comfortable for the entire group we could have added a couple more and still would have had enough room. Condo was extremely clean and stocked with all needed amenities to get started. Mrs. Wanda is extremely friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions. Five star host for sure!!! The location of this condo is incredible as it is on the quieter end of the beach. It was a very peaceful stay and the condo is still within a few minutes of anything you could want to do. The balcony is huge and the view of the ocean and the beach is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this unit and host as both were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. If you book here you will not be disappointed. Great Host + Great Location + Great Property= Great Vacation !!!!!

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed be a little distance from the traffic and busyness of the Pier Park area. This location is perfect for families and relaxation. She is the real deal when it comes to truly being an amazing hostess! From the detailed emails that helped layout the expectationsnof our checkin and stay to the email concerning checkout she left nothing out.
We have stayed at several different condos including the most recent in May 2020 right down the street at PCB. This condo was so much appreciated. Upon our arrival we found the binder that Miss Wanda has constructed to help the guest's stay so enjoyable and easy to navigate the area. From personal restaurant reviews, differnet area attractions, all the way to listing out every last detail about the specific condo we stayed at. The binder was worth its weight in gold!!
When we come back to PCB we will be sure to contact Miss Wanda direct to see if either of her amazing locations are available.

Another great stay at this condo!
This is at least the 6th time we have stayed at this condo and in this unit. The unit is spacious and so is the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We also grill on the outside charcoal grills that are on the floor level. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we have to email or text the condo owner they respond promptly. We plan to stay at this unit again next year.

The condo was beautiful! TV in each room which was a plus for my family. Kitchen was very well stocked and that was great since we did eat in quite a bit. The view from the balcony was very relaxing. Wanda (owner) was so prompted on everything and I would love to revisit her property in the future.

Great location, lots of space
Had a great time at this property. The place was exactly as advertised, and I had no trouble getting in touch with Wanda when needed. The location was great, and being on the 6th floor of the building was perfect. Things to note: We did have to wear armbands at the pool area, which I’m just not a fan of, but Wanda let us know that in advance. Also I thought lounge chairs were included with rental, but they are not. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Lastly, I really think the mattress on the king bed should be replaced - it dipped on both sides where people sleep most often, which made it very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the property was fantastic and we had a great experience. I would book with this host again.

Overall experience was good. The noise was so loud because of construction from about 8 till 4 or so you couldn’t the balcony. And even inside the noise was annoying. Was a disappointment that our dishwasher was not working.

The location was our favorite area. The suites were large and very comfortable, with a million dollar view. The complex was great, and beach access was a few steps. Everything well maintained, and the fitness room was a real bonus. I used it several times, and it is well equipped, and up-to-date. The condo itself was huge, comfortable, and suited everyone. With TV’s in every room, we could split and watch whatever we wanted. Will try to book this one again.

Very nice, clean and quiet
We loved this place. Ms. Wanda was great to work with, very down to earth, open and honest. The beach was perfect and very quiet. We went during off season so we loved that it wasn't busy. The condo was very clean and my kids loved the window view from the master bedroom because we didn't allow them on the balcony unattended. The beds were amazing and I am now convinced that I NEED. A trash compactor. Now, to convince my husband. 😂� overall, great experience and we will definitely stay again.
