Jackie is a very nice and friendly host. She takes care of your comfort and does everything to address your expectations. Highly recommend to book this apartment for everyone traveling to Cairns.

Jackie was warm and welcoming. The unit was immaculate spacious and clean. It has everything you could need and was clearly well set up and maintained.

Unit is right up against the officeworks driveway with some noise from the delivery trucks but did not disturb my stay very much.

Jackie’s Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, lovely outdoor room and colourful furnishings and perfect for a couple , with space to entertain a friend in the outdoor dining area.

It had everything we needed

It was unfortunate that neighbours were making a lot of noise at night, and Officeworks workers started work early in the morning.

Great little apartment extremely close to the centre of cairns. Lovely host who was a great communicator. Very quiet and exactly what we needed.

Pool was very cold

Noise next door starting about 7AM.

Host connected with us before hand via messages. She greeted us and took us to the apartment. Showed the various amenities and stuff available in the neighborhood. Cairns central is a walkable distance. Many shops also in walking distance from the apartment. Spacious room, comfortable stay. working kitchen with many utensils. washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave etc.

Nothing in particular. No restaurants close by - but you could walk about 10 mins and get to city center / esplanade.

Lovely homely apartment with all you need. The bed was very comfy and the pool was beautiful. There are 3 small pool areas and quite often we had the pool to ourselves.

I made my own breakfasts there. Every appliance I needed and cutlery and crockery were great. Nice breakfast bench and stools. unit was fabulous and I would definitely stay there again. Host was great and very attentive to my needs.

Everything was excellent, Comfy bed, 2 televisions lovely extra sunroom with lovely cane furniture. Just across the road from big shopping centre and public transport. I did not have a car. It didn’t need one anyway as everything was so handy.

Great bed and location.

Very strong smell of air freshener when I arrived. When I opened up and fanned that out there was a doggy smell. So I removed all the shaggy mats and cleaned the floor. It was great after that. There is a bit too much clutter in the apartment- many artificial plants and other dust collectors.

Location and price are great. But...

I searched for accommodation for 4 adults and found this appartment with a sofa bed. We only needed somewhere close to town to sleep, however the sofa bed base was not fit for sleeping on. We had to put the sofa bed mattress on the floor (which took up the whole room). The view consits of a blue Officeworks wall and loading dock. The appartment is dark and is cluttered with nick-naks and cushions. It feels like you are visiting your grandmothers retirement home. The air conditioner in the small bedroom made clunking noises during the night even though we switched it off. This made the room very hot.

Location was great, outside balcony was a bonus and the little extras like pkts chips and coffee pods was appreciated.

The noise of trucks backing up into Officeworks right outside the window at 6:30am. The apartment backs up to this property.

Thankyou Jackie we had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the little extras that you provided and were surprised to find beach towels which came in very handy.

Convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had very good contact, and communication with Jackie. She was very friendly and obliging.

Colourful and vibrant apartment filled with all the amenities you could need. The pools were great and the location was a flat walk to the city centre. Overall great value for money

As others have mentioned, the apartment is right next to Officeworks loading dock and the noise is disruptive if you like to sleep in.
