This homestay has a homely feel. It is located in a quiet residential community on a hill. It has a full bathroom and kitchen, which is very suitable for travelers who need to cook.

Very comfortable and quiet apartment in a lovely little suburb. Free parking on the street (easy to find) and close to bus stops taking you into Konstanz Town within 10 mins. Our host was friendly and welcoming. Great kitchen facilities and clean bathroom.

Full kitchen, good value for the city by comparaison, 2 small bottles of wine come with the room, nice view of a winery behind the house, it's clean, feels homey

We really liked the extensive kitchen that was available with the room. The bed was nice and we could use the smart tv in our bedroom.
One big advantage of Konstanz is that the tourist tax gives you a ticket that you can use as an unlimited busticket for all the city busses. This makes that it didn't matter that the city centre was a bit further away.
We had some fights with the shower, the temperature changed a few times while not touching the buttons.

Everything was absolutely perfect! It's the cleanest and most comfortable place I've ever stayed! The kitchen had everything we needed plus an awesome view of a vineyard! The bed was more comfortable than in any other place and I've never had towels that smelled SO GOOD! Never had slept so good! The hosts are super nice and helpful and the location is great, right next to supermarkets and bus stop. I totally recomend! And sure I'm coming back soon!

Lovely place in a cute, quiet neighborhood just minutes away (by bike or bus) from the hustle of downtown. Impeccable furnishings and really friendly owner. Full kitchen means you really can live there! With just two guest rooms, the shared bath and toilet are no problem at all.
Nothing not to like about this gem!
