I like the location. The apartment is spacious with a big balcony.

You had to slam the bathroom door to close it. The kitchen sink was loose. The walls came off on our clothes and luggage if you lean on it. The fridge was rusty. It needs to be renovated the entire apartment. I would only recommend for short stay.

The place has spacious rooms and accessible to most shopping areas. It is also a walking distance to the beach. The food was also good.

No provision of drinking water to guests except two small bottles in the first day. No proper bathing soap given the water is salty. No proper filling up of toiletries unless you request. The showers can be improved to ensure there is proper water speeds. No proper guests waiting lounge during departure. The breakfast is repetitive and no alternatives

The location was easy to find.

The room had water leakages and was damp. No way to communicate with the reception/kitchen. The attendants were rude.

1. Cleaning of the balcony was not sufficient. 2. Pool towels should be provided by default.

1) Contact provided upon booking wasn't answered when we needed directions to the location 2) Design of the apartment. Non of the bdrooms are ensuite yet there are two independent bathrooms, strange set-up. 3) TV disconnected on second day and reconnection was a challenge

- spacious and clean room - excellent view on the ocean from my top floor apartment - good location, close to the beach - helpful staff, flexible to my unclear plans, allowed me to check-in one day before my booking arrival and check-out one day before my booking departure - very good, tasty and full breakfast - nice swimming pool

- you cannot buy any beverages - meals available only for demand and upfront order - food menu positions written partially in Swahili and receptionist/worker couldn't explain what are these meals

it was advertised as beach front, but was not on the beach at all!

The apartments are nicely furbished, its very comfortable and close to the beach.

There are monkeys so be conscious of that when youre on the balcony. They'll take your stuff. Need to keep the balcony door closed too which kinda sucks. Also the wifi didnt seem to work at night but was fine in the day.

The breakfast is amazing and the room is very spacious and clean.

First the location, the property look like is in the beach but isn’t, is a 10 min walk to the beach. The wifi sometimes work, this became an issue for us because we were working remotely.
