Dora, the restaurant manager was who made our stay worth it. She was always taking care of the guests and making sure we were all having a good time. I think that without her, we would not have enjoyed our stay at the villas. She truly understands how to the tourism and service industry works. We told her that the only reason we stayed more than one night was because of her. if she ever leaves to a new property we would follow on our next vacation.

The front desk and villas management do not understand the basics of the service and tourism industry, let alone the economics of it. One simple request such as an extra bed ( a service that they provide) would take forever or never happened. they would take forever on every simple request. But god forbid you need a bit more of time for checkout, because when it comes to money, they act as quick as possible. As I mentioned before, if it wasn’t for Dora, our stay would’ve been a nightmare.

The beach was amazing and it was right by the hotel. The swimmingpool was also nice. And the pool-boy was very kind and helpful.

We liked the beach and some of the staff were realy kind, especialy our cleaning man.

The pools are so dirty, the villa is overdated and overpriced, the oasis restaurant...they never beggun the breakfast at 7 am...there is always something missing (like bread...how can you not have bread)? Also during the day...always something missing...absolutely under any level.

Rooms are large and all facing the pool and garden. The beach in front of hotel is nice but some others are better in Diani. The pool is big and the staff very nice. The hotel is pretty big and cater large families with lots of kids who can be noisy at times. The guests were a mix of foreigners and kenyan, but overall this hotel looks oriented towards the locals.

The breakfast was the usual african style buffet, lot of sausages, potatoes and all stuff that westerners do not really eat. Coffee was pretty aweful too. Another point to take into account is the distance from town, so you'll need a tutktuk every time you need to go out as just walking everything would be too far to reach.

The offer mentioned in Booking is not entirely accurate. The apartment (kitchen, living room) is actually shared and you get “only” a decent-size room. The amenities in the room and apartment are quite worn out

Great location! Perfect for groups… And despite that was still quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Little details in the rooms need some upgrading - torn mozzie nets, old mirrors, maybe add more cutlery like glasses/cups, spoons and such. Have cleaning supplies at hand in the houses (even though room service was great 😊)

The location is excellent, very family-friendly. The rooms are clean and the internet is good.

The restaurant could server better options for breakfast, it was very limited.
