We had a great time in Marathon. The house was perfect for our family of 3. Having a boat dock waa great. We fished off of it at night and caught some nice fish. Everything about the house was perfect and clean.

Salt Life was exactly as advertised - extremely clean, great location, beautiful view and close to lots of activities. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking, running or biking. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again.

My family and I loved our stay here! Perfect location in the Keys, with everything you need close by, but honestly you don’t even need to leave the area to have a great vacation. The backyard was amazing! My 14 year old woke up early, every day we were there, to fish off the dock. We also rented kayaks, a boat, and bicycles. The Cabana Club was so much fun for my kids and it is located right on the beach! What a perk to have included with the rental. Sunset Park is within walking distance/bicycle ride, and many people gather every night to watch the sunset. Beautiful ☀️ The Key Colony Inn (restaurant) is also in walking distance. The condo was clean, very spacious for my family of 4, has a huge refrigerator, and perfect Florida room to eat breakfast, have coffee, or eat lunch or dinner. The grocery store is close by for when you want a home cooked meal. I highly recommend staying here. If we ever go back to Key Colony Beach, we will definitely stay here again. What a great time! Thank you 😊

This home seems to be very recently renovated. We have stayed in over 20 VRBO’s, and this is the cleanest and most well decorated and equipped. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great morning view. Convenient to everything!

Everything was great. Kitchen could use a few items, like a scrubber, dish soap, pans, big knives, and large storage bowls.

Not bad. Nice property had a couple small issues with property. But the manager was quick to get the issues resolved.

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my husband, as well as our best friends. We are all in our 60's and really appreciated the screened-in patio. With temperatures in the 90's every day (we were there for two weeks) we also loved the central air conditioning!
Communication with the property manager was spot-on. We had two minor issues that were dealt with within an hour of reporting them! Great experience.
We got to see two manatees, lots of pelicans and even caught a nurse shark off the dock.
Comfy queen size beds in the two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for the two couples was perfect.

We were disappointed in the property. The kitchen area was tight we had to take turns going in the area, The sitting area furniture was uncomfortable. The guest bedroom had no place to put there luggage. It was nice being able to fish off the dock and the property was clean.

Clean well-kept 2 bedroom with everything that we might need during our stay. Location was great- right on the water. We fished daily from the dock and saw a manatee one day. The screened- in porch is a wonderful place to have dinner and the view from the living room is scenic. Modern kitchen has all the amenities. Cabana club membership was a huge plus - we used it daily.

Bed was comfy, beautifully decorated, great comminication (Had plumbing issues, but was taken care of quickly) rented a boat and it was a perfect set up. Cabana club was nice, great pool! Location was perfect for everything we did. Would recommend great place!!

The property was a little smaller than expected but the outdoor screened in patio made up for it. The location is amazing. Key colony is a safe area to walk, run and bike around. If you have a boat, the slip behind the house allows for easy access to the gulf and Atlantic side. We went out nearly every day. Access to the Cabana beach club makes staying here amazing. The pool is great for kids and it’s nice having access the beach. Would certainly stay here again!

The property and area made our vacation the best yet! We conveniently brought our boat and had no issues with using the boat launch within walking distance of the house. We enjoyed the area and the house had everything needed for a great stay! Will be back!

Perfect location in the keys! Water on both sides, close to everything, beautiful sunsets, loved sitting by the water. We loved the outdoor screened in patio since it does get pretty windy. The host was nice and easy to contact. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This property is absolutely awesome! The house is beautiful and well decorated… the fishing dock is great for kids and first time salt water fisher people…property management was professional and made us feel like we were staying at a friends house … we will rebook for sure!!

The property is simply wonderful and is exactly the way described. House has everything you need to feel at home and in a great location to visit the Upper Keys and the Lower Keys. Highly recommend if you are coming to the Keys for a vacation.

Loved Salt Life
We had a great stay at Salt Life. The home was beautifully decorated. Even our 19 year old son complemented on it. The house was bright and clean. Fishing from the dock at night was so peaceful. The only “negative “ was the living room couch. It was beyond uncomfortable. Other than that, and a few items missing, it was a great stay!

Love the Keys
This is a clean, deceptively roomy place. The kitchen is decent sized and I was able to cook without any problems. Both bedrooms were well sized and furnished. The screened in porch with water view was simply wonderful! Simply put, it was a terrific place to bring my family and worked well to have an infant! Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great spot for fishing and relaxing
House is in great spot for Atlantic fishing and easy access for Gulf too. Cabana Club was nice and relaxing with pool and beach. Close the restaurants and grocery stores. Drive to Key West was about an hour. Only downside was parking the boat trailer with only 2 parking spots and the busy Causeway traffic.

Was a great stay in The Keys. Property is nice and comfortable. FYI: The bikes are no longer available and there are no pantry staples so just be prepared for that. Great for small family or couples.

Perfect vacay & community
We had a wonderful time! The place was clean & had everything we needed. The dock was perfect for our boat. We spent most of our time on the water fishing & snorkeling or on the back porch. We were very close to some great fishing & snorkeling reefs. Sombrero reef was amazing. The fans on the porch kept the temperature nice and the view was beautiful! We enjoyed the Cabana pool one day. It was nice & relaxing. Our last night we wanted to stay close so went to Havana Jacks for dinner. The food was good, the band was great and the view was amazing. Our only regret was we didn’t plan a two week vacay!

Great location
The cabana beach club is very nice. The pool is large. The house is terrific we all enjoyed it the master bed is so comfortable I asked to get the brand and model so we can buy one for home. The house is clean . The only thing I could think needs attention is the futon in the living room is getting worn . But it's still comfortable.

We brought our 10 year old granddaughter on a special vacation with us to Marathon, FL because she wanted to go snorkeling. We had a great time exploring the area and doing lots of fun things. She loved fishing off the dock in the evenings and caught a barracuda. She also loved swimming at the Cabana Club down the street. It was super crowded but that didn't bother her. The unit was very nice and had what we needed for the 3 of us. We would come again.

Great rental in Key Colony
We loved our stay in Key Colony. The house was clean and cozy. We loved to sit on the screened lanai and watch boat traffic go by. The guys loved fishing off the dock. Only disappointment was I was looking forward to riding bikes but front tire was flat on one of bikes. But other than that it was a great stay.

Great stay on many levels!
This was a fantastic location! Well appointed and the Cabana Club was great for a stop in the hot tub, a dip in the pool and a drink. We grilled seafood and enjoyed many meals in the screened in porch too!

Perfect spot
This house is just perfectly situated mid-Keys. We made easy day trips to Key West and Key Largo, but also found plenty to do right around Marathon...everything from fishing to kayaking to jetskiing. Great restaurant options nearby. The screened in porch overlooking the canal is so relaxing for a cocktail, beds are comfortable and all the essentials are already here. The access to the Cabana Club with pool, beach, and food/drink service is a wonderful bonus too - we enjoyed a few afternoons there and loved it. Really a perfect listing, we really enjoyed ourselves!

This is a great location. It is in a very walkable community, and it comes with a guest membership to a wonderful pool/restaurant/bar! The house itself is well decorated/furnished in a beach theme.

Paradise Found.
The house was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, great location, and beautiful water everywhere. We made use of the 30’ dock by renting a boat and driving it right to the house. The house is conveniently located for easy navigation to open water. We boated on the ocean side and the Florida Gulf side during our stay. I can’t say enough good things about the community of Key Colony Beach. It’s an outstanding community and a true gem of the Florida keys. The property manager, Katie, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Overall, this property checked all the boxes we were looking for and we look forward to staying there again our next trip back to the keys.

We are repeat customers for the simple reason that we love the place! Close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to beaches, fishing, great restaurants and many things to do. The unit was immaculate and well appointed so it was a pleasure to stay there. See you again soon!

Awesome Place with Spectacular View!
Outstanding place and experience. Wonder view of the bay behind the house and very convenient dockage. Everything was as pictured and described, clean, pleasant. Didn't want to leave, lol! Katie was a pleasure to work with. Seamless, troublefree stay. Will try to get this again next year if I can save up enough money again, lolol!
